First night in Krakow and decided to try authentic Polish cuisine.
This restaurant was reasonably convenient to walk to from our hotel.
When we walked in it was noticeably empty but then when we asked for a table for two it appeared there was a reservation for a large party.
As we were leaving though the hostess came back to us and agreed there was a table.
Decided to try some local soup and dumplings to share.
Sour rye soup with mixed meat and mushrooms was delicious.
Beetroot soup with mushroom ravioli also went down well.
Had mix of dumplings, definitely a winner.
Would definitely recommend this lovely quaint restaurant. Staff attentive and friendly. Great selection of Polish food which would have been tried but travel exhaustion beat us.
