We found this English guided cycle tour a great way to orientate ourselves in Krakow and see places we might not have seen by ourselves. The guide, John, was excellent- keeping the group together and safe. He is a brilliant guide telling the stories and history with an engaging delivery. The 4 hour tour seemed all too short even though we had visited many sights, for example-"Krakow's beautiful old town; the main square; the Dragon of Wawel (pronounced Varvel) Castle; the Jewish cemetery; Kazimierz, the old Jewish quarter; a ride along the Vistula river; the Jewish ghetto from WW2 and the ghetto wall; the monument to the missing people; Oscar Shindler's factory and locations from the film Shindler's List and a fantastic panoramic view from a vantage point and more. 60PLN- was a very reasonable charge- roughly £15 for 4 hours!!!
The bikes are well maintained and easy to ride- great care is taken to ensure everyone is comfortable with their bike.
We also hired bikes a couple of days later- a very easy process- a lock is included in the very reasonable price.
