We arrived for new year in poland. Unpon arrival the hotel entrance was quite hard to find. However once in all was good the staff were very polite and helpful. We just dropped of the stuff and went out to explore. When we got back we collected the keys and went upstairs. In the shared bathroom there was snoring we though someone must have been drunk and fallen asleep. I went to reception and the lady came up with me she knocked on the door and a scruffy man walked out followed by another they where homeless!! Subsiquently yhere cigarette ends down the toilet. And bathroom stunk. She did apologise but how can a couple of homeless men getinto a hotel room?! A couple of hpurs later just as we where falling asleep the neigbours where consumating there love for each otger and we heard everything the walls are so thin. On the last nights stay the same couple must have had a few too many and decided to be sick all over the floor. The cleaners in the morning where VERY good and cleaned it up early so we didnt step in it or anything. All in all a great stay

Me and my wife travelled to Krakow for a long weekend city break, as we have always wanted to visit Auschwitz and The Salt Mines.... Checking in and getting our keys was really easy and the staff very polite. When we booked the hotel, we did not want to spend a fortune on luxury expensive hotels. Due to our very busy itinery, we just wanted somewhere cheap to get our heads down at the end of the day. Thats exactly what we got. The rooms are quite basic, but very clean. The beds are really comfortable with plenty of bedding to keep you warm. The heating in the room was also adequate. The toilet and bathroom facilities are also very clean. The real gem of this hotel is the location. Its situated next to the train and bus station (which can be a little noisy, but not too bad). 2 minutes walk under the railway subway is the Galeria Krakowska shopping mall. This is full of shops and places to eat and open till 10pm. The is also good, trustworthy Bureau de Change on the the ground floor (If travelling from the UK, you get a lot better exchange rate in Krakow than back home), Rynek Glowny (The Main Square) is an easy, well sign posted walk. If you are coming to Kracow for a short break and want somewhere cheap, and clean to get some sleep, I would highly recommend this one. We shall definitely be back.

This hotel is located on an excellent place, just next to the train and bus station what facilitate a lot by the time you want to move on Krakow area and especially if you're planning to make a trip to Auschwitz!
The staff is very polite and helpful, they explain whatever you need to know about the city without you even ask.
We were in a bedroom with shared toilet and that was the biggest disappontment. The toilet floor was constantly dirty what I guess comes from the fact that there were about 5 rooms sharing the same toliet.
The room itself was quite good, especially for the price you pay. I would reccomend it for a short trip as a couple!

Room Tip: You should pick an apartment with private toilet!

Aparthotel is easy to find, near train and bus station, so access is easy. It is only 5 to 10 mins walk to the Rynek, so sightseeing is easy.
The internet works well and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The cafe/bar incorporated in the hotel, looks downmarket from the outside, but actually, its a lovely little cafe/bar/restaurant, with great meals and beer and very friendly staff. I really liked the informality of it and that are a foresore day of sightseeing, I did not have to go out looking for somewhere to eat.
Downside is no lift, but that is reflected in the price. There are also no TV channels which aren't Polish, the hotel might well consider trying to add some English language channel(s)

The description is on the money. Its cheap but the location is out of this world in terms of getting around Krakow, to Oświęcim or to any of the airports. Delightfully helpful service and a great room.
