I selected this place after quite a bit of research for a special meal during our short trip to Krakow and my research paid off.
We were offered whether to eat inside or out and whilst both are very nice we chose the lovely looking garden terrace tables.
We were presented with the limited explanation but far from limited courses, there being 14. It started off extremely well, presentation amazing, and stayed at that level. The courses were many but they were small and mainly not that rich. The course ‘desserts’ was a cruchendo of a finale with a very well presented wide range of different flavours and textures of small desserts.
Service was spot on, a perfect balance of ‘proper’, efficient and friendly. We enjoyed chatting to them, they were all fairly young but certainly well experienced in their art. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable about wines.
A great atmosphere, great food, great service, it has everything one would want for a lovely long evening. I am used to dining in top restaurants and for us as Brits it is amazingly great value! This meal in London would be nearly twice the price.
