We stayed for 3 nights and whilst we’re not giving a bad review I wouldn’t go as far as to say it was fabulous or indeed 4 star . Our room was adequate and clean but noisy as a very small fan didn’t cool the room so we had to open the windows .
The breakfast was also adequate and we were lucky with the weather which enabled us to sit in the garden. This was a bonus as the breakfast area is very small and can get very crowded at “ peak “ times .

The hotel is an old building which gives it character so we don’t mind that but the decor was dull and depressing as was the reception area which was a “box” and wasn’t inviting at all . No complaints with the staff who were all pleasant and helpful .

Like other travellers it is not for the unfit if your on the top floor and if you like a night cap or just somewhere to sit after walking all day there is no bar or indeed anywhere to sit other than the garden or your room/apartment . This is not a complaint as these aspects didn’t bother us but it might not suit everyone . Like a previous traveler we were a bit put off with the area when we first arrived but there were no problems .

This is a hard one to review but personally I wouldn’t use it again there were nicer hotels which we found when walking .

Room tip: No lift .front rooms noisy .

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week , it added to the enjoyment of our visit to Krakow, that is about a 10 minute walk to main square. Hotel is clean , staff helpful and friendly, lovely garden with breakfast room ( good selection of foods ). There isn't a lift so be prepared to climb up to fourth floor unless you stipulate you are unable. We were happy to climb them , good exercise! . We had a room at the front of the building which we found noisy at night as we had windows open because there is no air conditioning ( a floor standing fan is provided) and we were lucky enough to enjoy the really hot weather during our stay .

My Wife and I stayed here last week and our room was enormous both in the bedroom area and the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the Garden room for breakfast was bright and cheery. The breakfast itself was superb and far outweighed our expectations. Sadly there was no A/C but this didn't bother us. A little away from the main square but only about 7 mins walk. The street it is on can look a little scruffy when it is closed but don't be put off.

Room tip: We had room 16 which was huge ad at the back of the hotel. The area is quiet anyway.

Lovely hotel, easy to find, walking distance to main historical sites in Krakow.
Well renovated in 2016
Immaculately clean.
Great breakfast with plenty of choice and available until 11.00am.
Can’t fault it!
Relaxing - as staff don’t worry you and you are left alone to enjoy.
Great value!

We stayed here for 2 nights as we went to visit Auschwitz and Birkenau it was a lovely hotel and would highly recommend it.It was near every thing in the city if you go to Grande grill they do lovely steaks there too they could do with shower mats inside the shower as it’s very slippery as we had to use a towel to stand on but I would still stay there again
