We stayed in this hotel from the 16th September 2014 to 23rd September 2014, for my daughters wedding, the reception was held at the Hotel, the Hotel was very comfortable, the staff, were friendly, and could not do enough for us,the actual reception was superb, the food was delicious, and the staff lovely, the only reason i have given this Hotel 4 stars is, I kept banging my head on the ceiling which sloped down above the bed,but apart from that,it was a really nice and picturesque,I am sure it looks great in the winter, with the snow on the ground as it looks like a big log cabin, it is surrounded by woods,so good for walks as well, recommend this Hotel. This Hotel also caters for children, having a play area, and skiers in the winter ! Very reasonably priced.

Room tip: We asked for a quiet room, and were on the 2nd floor, away from the noise, and as it was a traditional Polish Wedding, very comfortable noise level !

Just spent there only one night but I liked the climate. Nice location however do not follow car navigation as address does not correspond to real place. When you are arround look at street signs. Room was clean and cosy. Clean but average bathroom, good Polish breakfast. Looks like a perfect place for family weekend and ski adventure when snow conditions allow as hotel is near by ski slope and lift.

I stayed here during one of the tradeshows at Kielce Targi. It wasnt convenient since it was on the other side of the town. We got lost almost every time getting back to the hotel. The hotel looked like the a log cabin from the outside. It was nice looking since it was clean. Also, the restaurant that is attached had really good food. Try the Goose.

Thats where the good stuff ended. Here is the bad. Even though they opened in May, in September they still did not have phones. That meant that we couldnt call for a taxi from the room, or call in for room service, or ask the front desk for anything.

Speaking of room service, there is none. The restaurant also sometimes has private functions in a section of the restaurant that would be the entrance from the hotel into the restaurant. Therefore, if you want to go into the restaurant, you need to walk outside and enter from the front door.

Make sure that you bring everything you will ever need because the front desk does not have any toothbrushes, combs, toothpaste, etc.

One of the most annoying things was that the walls are paper thin. I could here snoring next doors as well as their TV and anytime he got up.

One of the days the cleaning lady decided not to show up so the rooms were never cleaned. The things I look for in a hotel room is a clean and quite place to stay. This hotel had neither.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 730 but the girls from the restaurant didnt come up the stairs until 720. That meant that we were waiting around for them to set up the breakfast almost every day.

In summary, this hotel definately has some management issues. Try to avoid it if you can.
