maybe this is the best you can get, but very disappointing.
the faded carpets and the decor of a gone era is quite depressing.
good is the bathroom which is well done with everything you need.

dinner was good in the restaurant but breakfast was poor.Fod without taste and poor veriety. Tomatos cut last night...i recognised the salad.

It the place you will achieve high quality hotel service. Great rooms in good location. It offers really good quality to price ratio. It's 4-star hotel and it's quite cheap in comparison to other 4-star hotels. I liked it because of the professionalism towards customers.

Front of the hotel is a city parking area - be careful. Staff not informed about it. I paid the penalty for lack of a parking ticket. The rooms clean. Noise throughout the building, loud elevator, talk to other rooms. Breakfast like a small selection of dishes.

I was on a quick business trip to Bialystok. It was a late night arrival. Very helpful staff. Went for a supper to the hotel restaurant offering some Polish classics (great pierogi ruskie with cream). The style is a mix of Polish and English style (but in much larger interiors). New hotel with free wifi. Place is calm so you can sleep like a log (so I did). No option for hot food before 7am which is a nuisance for workaholics like me only ;)… Overall recommended for business 100%.

Room Tip: Even street wise room are totally calm.

A beautiful hotel. This is probably the best hotel in Bialystok. It charms before the entrance. Beautiful building in which they are encouraged to come inside. Service very friendly and helpful. Room very well equipped (phone, TV LCD 32''-57 free TV and satellite TV,, minibar, coffee sets and tea and minisafe fit for a laptop.) Found in the bathroom: towels, hair dryer, set dryer.
I recommend!
