Their location is central and good both for business travellers and travellers comming to Bialystok for city break. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was average sized and the equipement/design outdated. No A/C, very poor Wifi connection. Cleanlines quite ok, but the rooms seems to need some renovation. Nice spa area but not very modern as others parts of property. Rather poor breakfast buffet.

Coming to Bialystok for second time to see a friend. We were visiting over Easter which is a big holiday in Poland, meaning everything was closed for the whole weekend so we needed a hotel near our friend but that had amenities to entertain us. Whilst there, there was very heavy snowfall meaning that we were kept indoors more often than not. The hotel has a large swimming area with a laned pool for lane swimming and another pool that has a wave machine. There are two pathetic attempts at water slides also. There are also three jacuzzis, a sauna, steam room, a snow room (a room with a bath full of snow?) and a salt room.

The room was basic, but clean. We booked a double but were given two single beds which were then pushed together. Rooms were cleaned each day and water, toiletries and towels replaced.

Breakfast was interesting. cauliflower cheese one morning! However, it had a lot of choice, a whole array of different cold meats, salads, breads, hard boiled eggs, breakfast cereals, muesli etc. There was also a little mini counter where you could order ommelettes, scrambled eggs and bacon etc that was freshly made for you.

Location was good in the centre of Bialystok, the train station is about 2k away, the central square with restaurants etc about 5 mins walk away, Palace in front of the hotel and huge shopping centre about 10 minute walk away. All in all a good centrally based hotel for visiting Bialystok.

I've stayed here a few times and have to say I've always enjoyed myself. The rooms are not the nicest, they are cleanish at best but comfortable. Showers are strong and hot. The free breakfast is a worth the price alone, as is the water park in the basement (wave pool, waterside, sauna, jacuzzis, hot tub, etc) A nice lobby with free wifi and the hotel is walking distance to the center of old town. Always consistent. Nice bar vibe. I don't think you'll do much better on your trip to Bialystok.

Room Tip: Rooms that face the South seem to be a bit bigger.

The hotel is well located in the center of Bialystok. The rooms are tidy enough and the food is well done. What I can reccoemnd hotel for is spa center that let you take longer rest. They seem to enjoy many wedding ceremonies at weekends that could be little disturbing so that pelase take higher floor rooms that let avoid this problem. The hotel is convenient bot for family and business trips.

Very big hotel in the downtown of Białystok. Few minutes walk from biggest tourist attractions.
There is a big parking on the back (extra fees), insiade are few bars, aquapark, bowling and disco during the weekends. Rooms are clean, the room is OK. Breakfasts are really good, but the restarants inside are not so good and they are really expensive.

Very nice hotel with free aquapark for hotel's guest. Rooms are clean and big. Restaurant and breakfast are very good. There is payable parking close to the hotel as well as few spaces for parking for free. Hotel is situated right in city center. Hotel is quite big and usually very crowdy.

Came for one night stay as I forgot the key to my family house. What an experience. First of all expensive but no fridge in the room, TV not working. When reported that to receptionist, she said "we will fix TV tomorrow". What good does that for me if I ma staying just one night?

I was not ready for the gym so asked if they have courtesy shorts, no. I know it is not an obligation in any hotel but surely is practice almost in any American hotel.
Next day when checking out I planned to complain about my experience, guess what the receptionist must have sensed that, she kept on talking with other personnel while I was waiting at the front desk (no lineup) for probably 5 minutes before deciding it is not worth my nerves.

Poor service, clean room but no fridge, nothing special about it other then price compared to high end hotels in Northern America. Had to ask for everything. Not a single good bye or welcome :(

Will definitely not recommend to anyone. Also nothing special about the location - located near two high traffic intersections.

Room Tip: located near two main intersections
