Booked here after escaping from the 'hotel from hell'. The room was a fantastic size with a nice big bed and amazing air con to keep us cool during a hot stay. Lovely and clean nice big bar and dining areas. Would book again when travelling in the area.

Being in town beacause of work, I am staying here until the 26th of April and I can say is that the staff is excellent as is the breakfast. Rooms are tidy and kept scrupulously clean. I'm staying at the somewhat noisy street side of the hotel if you leave your window open (but it beats the crows going off at 5 am at the back. The location is nice and central with plenty of bus connections to other parts of the city nearby. It's centrally located with a small supermarket and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Not that you'll need to go out because the hotel's restaurant is also quite good. There are a couple of nice parks nearby and two malls (alfa and Bialy) about 3 km away. I think it would be a good base to explore the region from because of its proximity to Bialowieza national park and hills and woodlands to the north.

Room Tip: Rooms on the east side have no traffic noise but there are crows early in the morning. On the west s...

This hotel is located at the very center of the city. It has its own secure parking which is a must in Poland. Rooms are okay - clean and comfortable but could be bigger.

However the breakfast is excellent, definitely, best in the city. Seriously.

The hotel is situated just next to the town square, 2 min by foot Around you have restaurants, bars. Its easy to get there by car. The street parking is payable so watch out The hotel has a car park in the back for 6 GBP you can park there for 2hrs. Its safe as its monitored. The hotel is undergoing some renovation and now you have 2 types of rooms. Much older ones with a typical 90's deco, nothing special. I on the other hand had the luck to stay in one of the 6 modern rooms. They are just amazing !!!!! Be sure when booking or checking in to get the good ones! They are big, specious with modern deco, very beautiful bathroom in pink and white. Large desk, comfy chairs, large flat screen with HD channels, robe, slippers and even a laptop cooler!
The staff is extra helpful, as I have UK plug they did provide an adapter to a Polish plug for the whole stay.
The food, well breakfast is superb, such a choice from typical egg choices and muesli to more Polish traditional choices. Huge choice good taste. When it comes down to the restaurant itself and the food, I say AVOID !!! I asked for a medium rare steak I got a well done one and extra tough meat so poor quality. The menu says it all if you have Italian, Polish, Asian it should put people off as too much means not too good in restaurant business. Also tried some other dishes and all very average for such a fancy restaurant.
Yes and there is a sauna and a gym.
Overall nice rooms, good location, helpful staff, great breakfast.

As far as the hotel rooms are concerned - no fireworks, but very comfortable (bear in mind that this is a revamped old communist time hotel). So don't look for something stunning or over the top. BUT I think I would choose it over any other hotel in Bialystok.

It is in an excellent location!!! Right in the middle between the Old Market Square and the new modern Opera. Wonderful if you come here for a bit of culture but also want to stay up late in for drinks in some of the bars or restaurants around.

The biggest "problem" was the food:) The breakfasts were some of the best I have had in any of the 40+ countries I have visited around the world! The restaurant has several national menus (I think Japanese sushi, Russian, Indian, Polish, but also fantastic regional one) and they are very good in each of those! So it was always a very hard choice whether to dine at the hotel or in one of the wonderful restaurants around (two very tempting sushi bars nearby)

I have to say that this is not the first time that a Polish hotel in a hotel chain trumps the quality of the sister hotels in other countries.

One thing which I only missed - would prefer to have a bath in the room.

Room Tip: Ask for the rooms at the back of the hotel if you want something more quiet. They are also sunnier.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights with a friend in a twin room as a base for a trip to the Bialoweiza National Park. Room was spacious and comfortable with air conditioning. Also had a good, clean bathroom with shower. Decor was a little dated but they appeared to be upgrading various sections of the hotel during our stay. A vast and tasty breakfast buffet was provided each morning also. Location wise, the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train / bus stations and just around the corner from numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Overall, a good value hotel. My only complaint would be that the free wifi did not appear to work in our room.
