Busy centrally located hotel.
Good check in, nice efficient staff.
2nd floor rooms all freshly renovated , great walk in shower.
Comfortable beds.
Excellent breakfast selections, continental or fully cooked.

Work related trip to Szczecin and it was a decent hotel. Beds were solid, but the rubber (?) sheet was something that a Finn is not used to :) Other then that a very good hotel. Breakfast was excellent, but is was served in a bit difficult way. The serving tables were spread accors the breakfast room.

The room is like a 3 stars hotel, breakfast is 2-3 stars, not a great variety, personnel in restaurant is not friendly, like you are bothering them. I complained about water being almost cold for my apx. 4 days stay, problem was not solved. The pipe was the issue, but they should have told me at check-in. They continued to promise every day that it will be solved. At the end they said that i will get a refund, that didnt happen! I wont go again there. I payed a 4 stars price for a 2-3 stars!

I've spent 5 nights in this hotel and the quality of the services and food in general was excellent. Decent size gym but didn't had the chance to see the pool. Only fault I could find is the fact that you're not getting any guest discounts for the car park and there's no place to park for free and you'll have to pay ~19£ a day for it.

First thing, on my business travels I love staying at Radisson Hotels. I know I get my eurobonus point, they have a high standard and recognize me a frequent guest.

Radisson Blu Hotel Szczecin was exception to the rule. Bathwater remained lukewarm for my entire stay. No free access to the pool as it was booked for water training classes most of the time. Tried to book a massage but they only had one free time but unfortunately, at the same time as my meeting was planned for. Room service food was cold on arrival. No SAS eurobonus point as this hotel is not part of the eurobonus program, which is a little funny as SAS is starting to fly direct to Stettin april 1.
