We have been to most of restaurants in Szczecin, but this one definetely serves the best food in the city! It's typical slow food restaurant. All the meals are prepared carefully, using traditional cooking methods as well as sous vide method. It takes a lot of effort and time to prepare the meal but it's realy worth it. Yes, you have to wait longer ... on the end you can feel like in heaven. The owners are using products not only from polish market, some ingridients are brought from quite remote locations. The restaurant is known for it's menu of unusual dishes, created following the principles of heute cusine. We recommend Z drugiej strony lustra on every ocasion! You must try deserts (top class), or prawns over spinach. Wine lists are ok, and they are served at proper temperature, what is rather not common in Poland.
It is better to have a table booked in advance, especially during events.
