The pier is very nice - the longest wooden pier in Europe. But it costs money to go out on it n summer, which isn't so good. We take the ferry to Hel from there, so we usually walk the whole length of the pier. It gives you a great view of the Grand Hotel and the little town of Sopot from the water.
