I'm very satisfied with my stay in this hostel, it was clean and cozy. It's worth to mention about the staff separately, since they were super friendly and kind to me, especially Ms Joanna who gave me information about the city, was able to answer all my questions, and most importantly, allowed me to store my suitcase to make my trip much comfortable

They are rude and lie to you.
The manager Joanna agreed to refund me TWICE over the phone but yet in the end said she changed her mind and directed all my enquiries to Booking.com customer service. She was rude on the phone to me and said "why would you want a refund; You cannot buy a coke with 100pln!!" word for word. Appalling people to deal with. Lie to customers. Avoid them. There are so many nice bnbs in Gdansk. And with much better treatment if guests.
In my hostel experiences, it was the worst, mainly because of the rudeness and non-cooperation from the staff. There was no provision to keep luggage or use the common room before check-in and after checkout hours. And the receptionist was not ready to listen to us at all. The hostel doesn't treat it's guests like a guest, she was literally shouted on guests. She didn't even let us pack our stuff properly.

I would not recommend this hostel to anybody as they are just doing business with no passion for hospitality.
The most non-cooperative staff I have ever come across in hospitality industry.
Rooms are not spoundproof at all and the reception is next to our room,there is a lot of talking. Do not know why everybody speaks so good about this place. Its clean but that's about it. Will stay in a hotel from now on...
Very good quality Hostel, centrally located, 10-15 minutes walk from train main station.
the hostel was very clean, and had a nice design -the music in the shower/bathroom was a nice extra.
common room and kitchen in the upper floor, next to the 5 bed dorm, which felt like a cozy attic, good choice for a room if you want to mingle.
Wifi worked well, the owner was very helpful and nice
