This was a great place to stay in Gdansk Old Town. Very close to the main shops, restaurants and bars. Not too far to walk to the station for the train to Sopot and 2 minutes walk from a tram stop.
The apartment had everything that you could need for a short stay. It was basic, comfortable, light and warm. As it is a top floor apartment it is quite a climb but you are rewarded for the effort with good views.
Katarzyna met us at the apartment on arrival, just to show us around and give us some local information. Very lovely and helpful.
Location was the best possible, in the old town just behind the corner was the main street. The apartment was nice and tidy on the top floor. It was a bit difficult to take a shower, there could have been a curtain at least. Another small problem was parking, as we arrived by car. There was a parking place quite close which we had to pay but it was problematic to drive in the road the apartment was situated as according to the sign in Polish it was forbidden. Unfortunately we didn't understand Polish, so we were caught by the security and had to pay a fine. When leaving we had to carry all the luggage. It could have been good to have information beforehand. Otherwise without a car it is a very good choice.
