“Smart stay, but a bit walk to the center!”
Reviewed October 21, 2012

Location: walking from and to the center led through a dark area. Some might feel unsafe in this dark street. So, just respect the rule of safety to remain safe. Staffs: very nice, and efficient. Room: freshly colored room. Very spacious. A big sofa was also provided. All-in-all: rate was under the best among hotels of similar standard in this area, 5 points.

Had a good stay at this hotel, very convenient for the centre of Gdansk itself. It looks like it's in an odd area, but has a nice garden of it's own to sit out in, and a very conveinient walk to the many bars and restaurants of old town Gdansk.

Room was in good condition and clean, the bathroom seemed newly refurbished. The reception and reastaurant too seemed recently done, though I didn't get on with the very low modernist furniture in the bar area.

I think someone commented on the corridors, and they are a let down to the rest of the hotel. A bit of new carpet would transform them, but hey who stays in the corridors for more than a few minutes.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We thought breakfast was good for the price, having seen many other hotels where a buffet breakfast was not included. Plenty of choice (cooked bacon eggs and local sausage, continental style meats / cheeses, cereals, bread and cakes).

Both us and our friends said we would stay again.

Friendly staff, location good. 5 minutes walkig to the old town. Breakfast is ok, nothing special. clean rooms. Taxi from the airport was like 15 minutes driving, and cost round 60 (15 euro). good value for your money. I could go again.....

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, sometimes problems with coffee machine though. :) Location is perfect, just across the old town. Rooms were quiet and quite spacey. All in all this hotel has good value comparing to price.
