One of the most famous buildings in Gdansk. The hotel offers a high standard here is very modern, and the service is professional. The location is perfect, it is far from the shopping center and to the main pedestrian street of Neptune is a 10 minute walk. Room was very cozy and had a lot of extra such as a television, telephone, air conditioning and a safe. I highly recommend.

After a long day travelling, I arrived at the hotel by a welcoming friendly receptionist. First class room with a great shower. The bar in the lobby is quiet and relaxing, The service around the hotel is first class. The breakfast is superb plenty of offerings which set me up for the day nicely.

nicely appointed connectiin room for me,my wife and 16 year old son. Enough space to relax in these comfortable roooms. The hotel is well located, just a couple of mnutes walk from the main station and 10 minutes from the old town. The airport bus stops right opposite.

Room Tip: rooms at the back face the old town

Stayed here one night when my flight was cancelled and SAS airlines booked me for night.
Can say the restaurant served good food and also breakfast was good , but having stayed in Hotel Hilton Gdansk for past few days was spoiled so didnt find it all too impressive.Rooms were small but cosy again blame Hilton experience for same.

I only spent one night at this hotel, and in fact I stayed in my room, so probably this will not be a full review of this hotel. To my surprise I got an upgrade to a superior room, despite the fact that it was my first time there (well, in fact it seems the second one, but the previous one many years ago). The room was absolutely fine. Large comfortable bed, a desk with electricity sockets on the level of it (and not down under the desk), good lamps. WiFi worked wellI had the pressure coffee machine with 3 kinds of coffee; in fact either I could not do it properly or it was not working, but it is worth noting that as soon as I called the reception, they offered to send someone to check this and also to send me a cup of coffee from the bar at their own cost. If I refused it was just because it was late so I thought I may drink tea as well: there was an electric kettle with portions of tea, too. I used room service: quick, tasty, the food came to my room in the right temperature, the staff was very nice. I did not find the prices really very high (of course: not high for a hotel restaurant - I am sure something less expensive and tasty might have been found in restaurants nearby, but it was raining and...). The bathroom - very clean, very modern, nice and comfortable shower cabin, all cosmetics in place.
The breakfast was OK, I ordered my omelette and got it quickly and nicely prepared. Tasty coffee (a choice from coffee machine).
Reception staff also very friendly.
There is a kiosk on the ground floor, when I was going for breakfast I could see they had nice big postcards from Gdansk. I even considered buying some but unfortunately the kiosk got closed before I finished - it was about 10 am.
The hotel is in the old town, there is also a shopping mall nearby, but I have not much to say about it as I stayed in my room...

Location is very good near to mall Madison and railwaystation near and everything needed. We had 8 people group and we all liked Mercure hotel alot. Our servise was very good kind and beautyful :) rooms were good size and very clean so nothing bad can say about it. Also breakfast was success lot of everything only thing i missed was basic coffee latte what we are drinking here in Finland but that isn't main thing cause all the rest was so fine. Toilets at lobby was so big clean and good there almost can keep picnic without feeling its wc.

Special thanks to few person for the servise

Only minus to internet wifi that was free but it worked too slow.
