“Rude service”
Reviewed November 28, 2013

Waiter was so rude, he was just looking his phone and didn't say any polite things like "you're welcome, enjoy your meal, how was the meal...." didn't ask if we like to have desserts or didn't even say bye when we left, even when we tried to get eyecontact. Can't recommend to anyone! Really poor! It ruined our last day in Gdansk, evdrything else in Gdansk was just perfect.

“Delicious local food”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

My boyfriend and I visited on 1st November. It was very quiet when we got there about 7.30pm although the night before when we had peered through the windows it was full. The waiter was very polite and attentive. We both had the mushroom soup to start and for mains I tried the potatoe pancakes and my boyfriend had the loin of pork. Both of which were lovely - the portions were huge! We had a couple of beers each and the bill came in at about 120 zloty which I felt was very good value for money based upon the quality of the food and service.

“As good as we remembered”
Reviewed August 19, 2013

This was our second visit at this restaurant and again we loved it. It is a small but lovely place on Dluga street but it is not as touristic as some of the restaurants in the area. Huge portions and very tasty! We ordered some local beer and received some nalewka ( home made liqueur ) as a aperitif which was a nice gesture. We ordered "Pork fiesta" and the portion which said it was for 2 people would probably feed about four. Also fantastic Pierogi.

“A delightful meal”
Reviewed August 9, 2013 via mobile

Having travelled and eaten a lot in Eastern Europe, the Kashubian food offered here was refreshingly different - including intriguing potato and buckwheat pancake that tasted like black pudding. Great attention to presentation as well as flavour. Excellent range of beers and flavoured vodkas. We went on a quiet evening.
