One of the best restaurants in Gdansk. Excellent Italian food with a twist and great service. Seafood and fish of the highest quality. Quite expensive though.

It came very strongly recommended so maybe our expectations were too high but while Fellini is a good restaurant, there is nothing to write home about it: clearly the chef runs well his boutique but there is no innovation nor anything special about the place. Mind you, the food is very good and if you are hungry then it is the place to visit - the portions are huge (even by the US standards) and sharing should be compulsory if you want to enjoy their menu.
Very good service and excellent location are making Fellini one of top spots in Gdansk but let's hope that the chef will look for inspiration and become more imaginative.

Had dinner here one evening in January. Was instantly impressed by the decor and ambience of the restaurant and the warm welcome we received, including the fact they remembered a request on our reservation which was to have a table by the window.

Table service was extremely good and the waiter took time to explain the menu, including the specials board. Food was served at a good pace ( for us, anyway); we were in the restaurant for just short of three hours.

Very good value and the food was of a very high quality. I had lobster soup, sea bass and we had two lovely bottles of Sauvignon Gris.

The restaurant is locately directly opposite the Hilton Hotel.

I would recommend this place and would definitely visit again.

Fellini restaurant in the Old City of Gdansk, is another place, besides Kubicki restaurant - owned, too, by Beata and Grzegorz Zaleski - that every serious traveler must visit. For example, their foie gras ravioli is to "die for"; or blini with sour cream and caviar - superb. What is most important the owners bring happy karma to Fellini. They make sure that the flowers are fresh, service top-notch, and food, with a long selection of specials, to satisfy most selective patrons. Congratulations!

It feels funny eating at an Italan restaurant when in Poland, but Fellini is a good restaurant. The quality of the waiters is excellent. The food is good but lack a bit to be excellent (e.g. the truffle was of thevless tasty kind).
