It´s a nice country, and very cheap. You don´t moan about the chefs killing the fish and animal twice when you pay something like 3-4 euros for a main, or mayby 9 in a restaurant with fine-dining pretentions - lika Villa Primavesi here in Olomouc (or anywhere else).
But at Golias they have decided that once is enough. There is still juice left in the pork schnitzel, the gratinated pancakes with garlic and spinach are fresh and crispy. And their beef tartar, mmmm.
Olomouc is well worth a visit, but when you had more baroque than you can stomach - take the rare opportunity to ge well executed cooking (as opposed to all the all too well done).
