I always liked to visit this restaurant because of their service and good food. Last Saturday in October (after several months) we happened to be in this area again so we decided to visit this place and enjoy the lunch there. The first impression was that we couldn't find the place to sit even though the restaurant was just half full (around noon). The only reason was that they had reservations on the tables with timing like 6 or 7pm. Why?
Well, after a while one waitress recognized us and showed us a pretty good spot close to children box that we enjoyed a lot (FYI this table was reserved from 6pm as well).
We ordered some tea and I asked for a big glass of tapped water How surprise I was when they told me that they charge for that! Well, this is something that a good restaurant doesn’t charge and they should be happy to offer that even without asking for. After that we ordered tomato soup and it was very good. We continued with lunch salad that was good but I ordered some wings with spice sauce as well and it was pretty bad – older, fatty and the sauce was not in the small bowl but all over that.
Overall the experience related to drinks and food was not good and the waitress had some attitude as well so we really didn’t enjoy this visit. We left some tip even though they really didn't deserve anything - moreover they charge for the cuvert there automatically which is another thing that I accept for higher class restaurants. I hope that they will improve since the place is very nice and we have some good memories there. If the owner reads this review, I am more than open to help and provide further feedback.
