We are staying at the Barcelo Brno Palace hotel in which this restaurant is located. Wanted to stay in the evening and thought we had to settle for hotel food. I read some of the reviews which were quite positive and the experience was even more so. We had the grand degustation menu. Novelty, fun, and tasty surprises reigned. 3 flavors of in house cured salmon with frozen gazspacho. Chicken soup with a hens egg floating in the middle. Passable fish and an exceptional lamb. The surprise desert is not to be missed--but I won't spoil the surprise.
