“Probably the best dinner in Brno, certainly very good sushi”
Reviewed October 27, 2012

Friendly service.

Very good and authentic sushi

Reasonable wine list

Not cheap but just worth the experience (given the sushi price level in this country)

Probably the best dinner place in Brno

“Best restaurant in Brno”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Brno. Be prepared that it is not that cheap and if you want to have a lovely romantic dinner, prepare about 1500-2000 Kc. However, the experience is amazing there. We always have sushi and tom kha gai soup and it is everytime awesome. We never want to stop eating it :)

“Hand-made sushi”
Reviewed August 11, 2012

There is a chief that make sushi, they are good. Atmosphere, design in fact everything is on very good level. Nice place to visit. Only one thing is problem, the price it is too high for what you get, and price make me coming back there, but maybe some day.

“Just Excellent!!!”
Reviewed June 11, 2012

I´ve heard a lot about Koishi before visiting it the first time, so i was afraid to be desapointed. The contrary happened! Just excellent! Sushi from the only certified Sushi Master in central Europe, great fusion fish dishes and suculent tartars. The staff is very attentionate. Last time I met the owner, Mr. Martinkovic, who has a real passion for restauration and ... loves oysters. He told me about the every year event that happens in October - the " Day of opened Oysters" - thousands of oysters, music...etc.They can count on me, for sure!!!

“Poor experience”
Reviewed June 7, 2012

Well I have eaten sushi in many places in Europe and America and not everywhere serve good sushi and Koishi is a restaurant with not well cut fish for nigiri sushi and not very fresh fish. Own experience after spending some time in the bathroom after visiting Koishi. And with fusion hot kitchen you are lucky that most people don't know what they are eating maybe is that reason why I don't see Asian people eat there. I have no reason come again. Bad experience
