First, the restaurant has a new name - Pavillon, and a new location in the center of the city in a functionalist building. All the team from the former location moved here including the Chef, Mr. Michal Goth.
Excellent food and nice, non-intrusive, service. I loved the huge windows giving you the feeling to be part of the city and giving you a lot of natural light to enjoy your food. The restaurant is oriented on modern Czech cuisine. Prices half to 2/3 of what you would pay in Prague in a restaurant of a simillar level. Together with Borgo (Italian oriented) and Koishi (Asia fusion + sushi) it is definetly one of top 3 restaurants in Brno. Highly recomended!
