You may visit several sights and attractions in Kromeriz, but you must not miss Kvetna zahrada. It is an extraordinary garden, surrounded by a long wall which saves many acres of gardens, mostly of a french type. The most attractive part lies at the western part and is created of complex and visually appealing patterns of flowers covering around 2 acres. The good news is a fact that you can step up to the top of a rather long colonnade just next to this most beautiful part.
I addition there are two main churches of which the baroque styled one, St. Jana Krtitele, is a real gem.
And when you walk throughout the town watch the houses and villas you are go by. You will appraise its beauty.
If you really like gardens then you should visit also the Podzamecka zahrada (Castle gardens) behind the Archbishop’s Castle down to the Morava river, resembling some English gardens. It includes lagoons and ponds with a lot of birds, though also animals from a small zoo may walk around.
You should go to the Castle tower (note its unusual construction – its walls are rotated in contrary to the ground plan of the Castle itself) and especially the hall of the Castle is also worth seeing. The Castle with both Gardens is listed in the UNESCO World Heritage.
