The apartment was great and very cheap! WC had 2 bathtubs, clean towels every day, heating was good, parking is in the hotel and its safe to park your car in it! Breakfast was good and people working in hotel were kind and helpfoul! Overall rating is excellent!

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of November 2013, this is a really lovely place. We had room 104 which was a really good size room, we didn't use the small kitchenette as it is really cheap and easy to eat out, with lots of places in walking distance.

Watch out for the shower as the pressure is just too much for the shower head, so it can get a bit excited. Our room was a good size and was very clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in.

The staff are really friendly and very helpful and will give you good tips and advise, the hotel is a short walk from the metro stop or you can use the tram, which is a great way to get around and see the beautiful city.

We found the breakfast fine, my husband likes the meat and cheese selection, where as I prefer the yoghurt, muesli and toast. is was certainly adequate.

Room Tip: We had room 104, only drawback which is a really personal thing was that people were smoking outside...

Well this hotel is rather nice - the rooms are clean and modern, besides that the location is really, really good but I've been to Prague many time and I've stayed in better hotels/apartments for a better price. By the way the breakfast is horrible - I mean the quality of food (sausages? I don't think that they have ever seen meat) and the parking is really, really small (and I was not happy with leaving my car keys in the reception). Generally this place IS nice (I can't say no) BUT there are many equally interesting places for better price.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks three years ago and were absolutely satisfied with the accomodation. This time, we spent more than a week in Prague. The room was comfortable, warm and very spacious, with a small kitchen as usual at Susa. But there were some drawbacks: not very comfortable beds, every morning I felt like I slept on stones; cutlery was dirty after previous guests. However the overall cleanliness was ok. And another weak point is breakfast, it is the same every day. So if you stay for more than 2-3 days, you won't find anything new.

Excellent location - right off the trams, busses, and very close to the subway in the downtown area, but not in a noisy/high traffic area. Ask for a local map, and you'll realize how close you are to everything. It's an apartment - bathroom has both luxury triangle tub and a shower. For the most part - upkeep is good, but our room had water damaged laminate flooring. TV is all Czech - nothing international. Breakfast was typical and very good. Not much parking, and they charge. Good elevator.

We stayed here mid August 2013 and I can highly recommend it.
The staff all spoke English and were unbelievably helpful. We had extra people stay at the last minute and the staff went out of their way to accomodate us.
The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage, were clean and well kept.
The hotel is in a very quiet sidestreet in Prague 2 district with a tram at the end of the street and the metro less than 5 minutes walk away. The Old town in a couple of stops on the metro or 10 minutes on a tram (although the walk is lovely too).
Breakfast was good overall with a small choice of items but satisfactory.

We stayed here in November 2012-it was extremely nice-by the normal standards of an aparthotel in Europe.Large nice spa type bathtub with separate shower. The bed was very comfortable. There was a separate kitchen with table and chairs. The front desk was manned 24 hours a day and the breakfast was included. There were no hot items but it was still very nice for a continental breakfast -and free! We had no problems with housekeeping-supplies and towels anytime we needed them. This was a very good value and we would definitely stay again.Prague was a wonderful city and we would like to visit again.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 4th floor-very quiet.
