What a gem! Downtown, tasty Czech food, and extremely reasonable prices. Make sure to look for their daily menu which has some real deals (but it's written only in Czech). We split the cabbage salad, svickova (roast beef served in a cream sauce with dumplings), and grilled chicken breast topped with warmed Brie and pineapple. The Brie was so delicious we ordered a second serving of it by itself!!

Excellent cheap food and with big servings.The place is spacious but be ready to share your table with other guests. One thing to take note is there is not really a smoke free area in this restaurant as maybe most of the places in Prague.

The place was nice and the food was great. The beer was fantastic! The service was quick and friendly!

Went after reading good reviews. Arrived at 6pm and were seated instantly and our mains arrived within 20 minutes of ordering them! The beef goulash was delicious and included a beer for 150 czk (£5~$7). Definitely worth a visit!

Lots of cheap food to choose from, especially the traditional Czech meals. Fast, efficient service. Very popular with locals so that says it all. The only issue for non-smokers is that is does get very smoky in here.
