Excellent apartment. Very central location in an atmospheric block on a market street. Spacious, well-equipped, very clean and comfortable. Recommended.
The apartment was perfect for us - clean and a great location. Maury greeted us just as planned and spent a great deal of time orienting us to the apartment and the city of Prague. The lift was perfect for heavy luggage. Old town market was right on the street as are nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Apartment building was very quiet.
Located along the street containing the local marketplace . About 5 minutes from the Old Town square with restaurants nearby.
The property was well furnished and there was ample room for our party of four . Two spacious twin bedrooms , WC and a bathroom which included a jacuzzi . Kitchen and a large comfortable lounge . Will definitely use this apartment again on our next visit.
This is a very comfortable flat in a great location. We were met immediately upon our arrival and given a great introduction to the apartment and the location. We had no problems and would stay there again.
If you are tired of single hotel rooms, look no further in Prague. This apartment was perfect ! A lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment with tons of storage, high ceilings and plenty of light; windows you can open; adjustable heating and cooling; lovely decor; large entrance hallway (for drying clothes on racks); galley kitchen with great stove, fridge freezer and dishwasher; plus washing machine/dryer ! It had one large bathroom with a second toilet /handbasin off the hallway. The living/dining room was spacious with a large TV and comfy lounge. It's on level 3 with a new lift and excellent security both from the street and into the apartment. Just perfect for our 2 week stay ! The location on Havelska was terrific …. 5 minutes walk one way and we were in the Old Town Square, 5 minutes another way to Wenceslas Square, 7 minutes to the Powder Tower and 10 minutes to the River and Charles Bridge. This "pedestrian" street is filled every day with stalls of fruit, vegetables, cooked sausage rolls, apple strudel, and many souvenir stalls….always buzzing but no noise comes into the apartment through the double windows. It felt quite safe to walk around the whole area after dark and there was always people around till late. There's an excellent coffee/food shop right at the front door, plus deli's nearby and several cafes and restaurants on the other side of the street. Tesco grocery store is an 8 minute walk away, as is the Tram for travel to all parts of Prague. (The 22 tram goes right up to the Castle. ) Add to all this the helpfulness of Maury, our host. He met us at the front door and gave us a tour of the apartment and spent about 2 hours answering our questions and making great suggestions for extra "local" exploring. He also displayed many brochures on a bench inside the apartment. When we had some kitchen lights go out on day 1, he was there in about 30 minutes to fix it …. He allowed us to check in early and check out late which helped us a lot. We appreciated his friendliness, helpfulness and flexibility. Highly recommended…. and all this for about the same price or less than we would have paid for a hotel !
Nice apartment in a great location.Perfect for visiting all local attractions and owners very helpful
This apartment was perfect for our needs. I was travelling with my son & his wife. The apartment is centrally located & we could walk to all the attractions of the city easily. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped in every way. We cooked some lovely meals in the kitchen & there were great supermarkets just a few minutes away.
Best of all, our lovely host met us at the train station even after our flight was delayed and we arrived quite late.
Would definitely recommend.
