This was by far the worst hotel ever that I've been to and I'm not rich!

One towel (more like a hand cloth) per person, no shampoo (it's hand wash), smaller than 1mx1m bathroom, no paper towel, no fridge/iron/TV/AC... There's literally nothing in the room except a single bed (two single beds of you book a room with queen bed!) with a small sheet, a broken/old couch, a small desk and an empty wardrobe.

How on earth are they a 3-star hotel?!

Location was really good. 10 minutes to centre via metro.
Breakfast was fine.
Service could have been little better, room service and etc.
All in all, for the price we paid it was ok.
But the receptionist had no idea we booked from budgetplaces and although we already paid few amount via this website she was demanding the whole sum which we had to explain before sorting the issue.

The hotel was clean and really cheap, the O2 Arena very close, but the room was quiet. The breakfast perfect in this price. One step the metro and tram lines, Lidl and shopping center. The reception works at 0-24.

Very close to the underground station, nevertheless the sourrandings not very trustworthy. The premises looks like built in 60. Also the corridors, and the diningroom looks not very clean and strange. The most unusal elevator ever: stops between the floors. Shopping centre nearby, where you can buy everything like in Poland or everywhere else. Wi-Fi fast and stable. Fridge in the room broken, heated the food instead of cooling. Room that we got was fine, spacious, but TV set was old and only 3 channels were availabe. Bathroom was big with rather small shower but hairdrayer was availabe. Breakfast - old bread, strange dairy and meat, served in very old and dirty dinging room.

Room tip: on the 4th floor rooms are remodeled

Pros:
- very friendly receptionist (even though he had been on shift for about 15 hours or something crazy!) who was polite every time we went out and came home and went to a great effort to call and find out when our hotel transfer was for us (blonde, 20s).
- the room was huge in comparison to many other hotels I've stayed in, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was split into a toilet and a shower/sink room, this was useful when one person was in the shower!
- breakfast served ample food and catered for many different peoples tastes, the staff were always polite and filled the food up quickly
- about a 10 minute walk away from the metro, even closer to the trams, didn't feel wary of walking around the neighbourhood at night at all.
- 24 hour reception as far as we could tell

Cons
- the hotel looked a little basic but I can honestly say that this didn't bother me at all mainly because of how cheap our accommodation was for the time we stayed, and also because who goes to Prague to spend time in the hotel!
- the lift was a little terrifying but the stairs made a perfectly good alternative :D

Overall, very impressed, would recommend and would return if I visit prague in the future
