Although it doesn't look like a restaurant from the outside, it's well worth persevering as you will be rewarded by really excellent traditional Italian food and nice staff, although they don't all speak English.
Prices are good, if not cheap by Prague standards. Portions are sensible, but don't forget to order vegetables with your meat/fish.
We visited twice and got tables easily, despite being frequented by various famous people, as evidenced by the photos.
