Great location of the hotel.....able to walk to all the interesting places. No complains about cleaning, breakfast or the staff. Toiletries and towels were replaced every day. Great and helpful staff. We were upgraded so were given a superior room that was divided on two levels and the room was extremely comfortable. The only problem was that the wifi didn't work in the room but was excellent in the lobby and the breakfast room. I will recommend this hotel for a great stay in prague.

Good Location close to the centre ville and metro station.
Service not fitting the four star hotel standard (breakfast medium level and poor cleaning).
The mobile phone charger was taken away from the room and an attempt to open the safe box was done. It's better choose another solution

The hotel has perfect location,if you want to go to the city, its just only 5 mins by walk from main square, even for the night life....its not necessary to take a cab if u dont want to :) The breakfast is good, variety of food and you will choose wht u want and wht u like. Staff is excellent, they cant be more helpfull, we visited this hotel during the Easter,so it was little bit crowded but it was fine....its pretty big hotel with more thn 100 rooms as i can say....There r lots of restaurants around hotel and also supermarket near by....

The other thing is room....hm how to put it,they should invest some amount to the reconstruction, minimal some painting would be good. Cleaning service isnt also tht good....they came early in the morning to take towels but didnt bring it back till we asked on the reception desk, where the lady gave us clean ones....and also we didnt drink anything from the minibar but still it looked as we opened the water. And as we saw there should be a security man (guy) but we saw him sleeping in the atrium early in the morning.

I can recommend this hotel, coz staff is excellent, helpfull and smiling always (as I can say it can be hard sometimes) and the location is really good. I hope tht u will enjoy it as we did.

Stayed at Hotel Christie in April. Best about this hotel is its' location - easy and short walk away from the streets of the old town (10-15 min). Room was also nice and clean! Comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean too and shower had a good water pressure.
However, room was quite hot and air condition was not that efficient so it may be an issue during the summer months.
Hotel can help to get a taxi deal to/from airport, nice service, not too expensive.
Tesco around the corner as well as some shops.
As some previous reviewers I would give the hotel three+ stars instead of four. Breakfast was included and it was ok, but nothing special. The lobby bar was located in the same facilities as breakfast was served thus it was rather basic and the variety of drinks offered in the bar was very limited.
I recommend this hotel if you are not looking for luxury but nice clean place to stay in excellent location.
By the way, note that name of the hotel has changes, it is Beseda now!

Stayed here with friends, the price was good at 55 Euros. The reception is nice and the service was very good and she was very friendly at check in.

The elevators are a little cramped, but not a big deal.

The room was adequate, wasn't crazy about the colours, the tv was super small but it had a mini bar, safe, windows that open but the best part was the bathroom with superb water pressure in the shower.

This hotel is in a good location in Prague. We walked pretty much everywhere (except for the airport!) but there is a metro station nearby and plenty of trams running around. All of these are within 5 minutes walking. There is a Tesco close and many shops.

It is rated as a 4 star hotel. I would give it a high 3 as much of the room is getting a bit... used, I guess is a good word. It is not particularly dirty, but it does not measure up to a 4. The staff, as noted by others, speak very good English and communication was not a real problem. The room was HOT (we slept with the window open several nights) so you won't have to worry during those cold Prague winters.

The breakfast bar was ok. The food was good but it was pretty much the same every day. Often there seemed to be some left-overs from the previous night's dinner? Pasta, risotto, etc. However, it was not bad food. We ate well every morning, plus were given box breakfasts the day we needed to leave early.

Cleaning was dependent on the employee. One woman was particularly good; we gave her a tip when we left. Also, Jana in the restaurant was wonderful, though all of the staff there were very nice.

You can get a taxi to/from the airport at 600czk/30ish Euros. It is higher then a regular taxi but depending on your schedule you might want to try it. I did notice that some staff members attempted to push tours. Take them at your wallet's peril.

great hotel for the money, in the centre of the city. The staff spoke great English which always helps us lazy Brits. My only slight issue is they do not have an iron or ironing board in the hotel, which is always a bug bear of mine. Everybody with their clothes in a case, therefore everybody needs an iron. Apart from that little point, a very decent hotel.
