Hotel managed to highest standards. Staff totally focused on customer experience. Email communication was good right from the start. Perfect location for walking and exploring the city. Loved the micro brewery across the road. Felt safe and cared for. Comfortable bed. Brilliant room and breakfast was spot on. Atrium a nice feature. Appreciated help and advice for taxis to and from the airport. That too was a good experience that set us up for an all round wonderful break.

What a find!!! Amazing hotel, clean, stunning, warm friendly and in the centre of everything, 2 minutes from shops, 2 minutes from old town square and same from bridge, amazing location, staff where really friendly, breakfast was mixture of everything , plenty of it and served 7am until 10am, rooms where large, luxury and spotless.
Remember though to activate your tickets on tram/bus as we got stung for £60 each fine, hotel staff helpful and advise you on where to go, what to do etc, recommend Italian in old town square and a thai foot massage worth every penny.
Sights included bridge, castle and everything was so easy to reach.
Highly recommend Prague and this hotel, will definately be going back!!!!!! Thank you for making our wedding anniversary trip so memorable

What a find! Great little hotel on a brilliant location just off the Old Town Square. Convenient for everything.
Quaint layout inside but with beautiful modern rooms and all amenities including cooked breakfast.
Hotel Receptionist did an amazing job of finding a taxi for 5 people at 5 minutes notice at Saturday night peak time.
Booked through Travel Republic.

Wonderful location right in the center of Old Town, Prague. It is within walking distance of many of the Old Town sites. Small and friendly. Great breakfast buffet. The front desk staff was wonderful, assisting us with every request we had. Overall a great place.

First time for us in Praha (Prague) and we chose this hotel largely based on TripAdvisor ratings. Instead of a check in counter you sit at a desk and they give you a glass of wine, beer or champagne. The woman who checked us in was very kind and patient. Our room was on the 4th floor but the elevator only goes to the 3rd; there's a narrow spiral staircase that you have to climb to get to the 4th floor, which could be a huge problem if you're older or have huge luggage (or both!). The room was a cross between a suite and an attic with huge beams going through the room at fairly low levels. Huge, comfy king bed and recently remodeled bathroom with a generous size armoire and writing table & chair with TV on top. Wisely they have night lights at strategic points. It was a little stuffy in the room and there is only a small window in the main area and another in the bathroom. The air conditioning either didn't function well or was limited in its power.

Breakfast was very nice with custom-made egg dishes, fruits, juices, meats, cheeses and baked goods. Service was sometimes good, sometimes not so good but the room is covered in glass and there are potted plants and shrubs throughout the area making it a most welcoming place to enjoy breakfast. There is a small bar in the breakfast area and a good size restaurant in the rear but we didn't see many people eat there, nor did we do so.

The hotel is located only a few hundred meters from the main square and there are shops and restaurants all over the place.

Room Tip: Be aware that the elevator only goes to the 3rd floor. If you get a 4th floor room ask about the ra...

Location, Location, Location...one of the best locations in Prague. In Old town located hotel. Small and friendly hotel. A little bit problems with check in because of electricity problems in all hotel that afternoon. Staff is very friendly and wellcoming drink was nice compliment. Obligatory WIFI is also usefull. Brewery next door (opposite) is very usefull also when waiting electricity coming back. Rooom was quite small but nicely furnished. Best part is that room is good for allercic ppl because of wooden floor.
Recommend to all ppl who wants nice, safe and small hotel with great location.

I can only say that this was an amazing hotel. They could give us the double room that we ordered so upgraded us to a junior suite (free of charge) the staff could not do enough for you. A free drink on arrival to which was a very nice touch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
