“Excellent location, friendly staff, strong recommendation”

We loved our stay at the Savic Hotel. It could not be better located - a short walk to Old Town and the Charles Bridge. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room included a lovely breakfast in a beautiful glass topped atrium. We stayed in the Jr. Suite which we loved, but a note of caution: This room is not handicapped accessible. There is a wooden staircase you must climb to access the bedroom. If you have no physical limitations I think it is well worth the climb!

We loved staying at the Savic Hotel and would definitely return. We had a Jr. Suite that was tucked away in the attic. It was a gorgeous room and was so quiet. I never saw another person except the maid! Our breakfast was included and was excellent. Location was wonderful. Walking distance to everything.

We spent 5 fabulous nights here in April. After much research we chose The Savic based on Trip Advisor & its location. We were in a superior room 206. We had arranged a hotel pick up from the airport which was worth the 700ck after arriving at 10pm after a pretty long day travelling. As everyone else has mentioned the welcome at the hotel is fantastic. The room was special..huge by European standards and the ceilings were stunning. The bathroom was excellent and enclosed in its own "box". I gather this is to preserve the original ceilings. The room overlooks Jilska and for our first 2 nights (Mon/Tue) there was no noise from the streets. As the week progressed there was more noise coming from the street as you would expect, but it certainly wasn't enough to making sleep a problem. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We had breakfast icluded, but in all honesty, because we were eating out every night, we didn't really feel like breakfast most mornings and one morning didn't have any at all. We never got to try the cooked breakfast. Again as others have mentioned, the reception was always very helpful with advice, booking taxis etc. We ate in the restaurant one night and were a little disappointed with neither the duck or trout available.....make sure you tell the waiter you want to use your 100ck voucher (which you get as part of your welcome pack) BEFORE you order your meal...it is too late once you've finished! Other restaurants we ate at were Tri Ruzi (across the road), Bellevue and the Terasa on the roof of U Prince Hotel....I am submitting reviews on all these as well. Summing up, it was such a perfect place to spend our 20th that we are already planning to return to this wonderful hotel in this very special city for our 25th!.

I own a small Hotel called Tasburgh House in Bath and hope that all our guests enjoy their experience with us. However, when my son and I arrived in Prague for the very first time and at Savic Hotel, we received the most amazing welcome I have ever experienced. It was past 10.00 pm when most receptionists would have "had enough'! Tomas was so genuinely welcoming we felt that nothing would be too much trouble. Equipped with maps and restaurant suggestions, we couldn't wait to explore the City. Our elegant room was spotless (and I can't help looking for dirt or worn patches) and perfectly equipped (only one thing missing - it would be nice to have had a face cloth/flannel supplied). I realise how important having a safe to keep passports in (now ordered for my property) which was nicely hidden in the adequate sized wardrobe. The breakfast area is a delight along with all the friendly staff. There is so much to see and do in Prague that we appreciated the perfect location of Savic as it is a perfect base if you like walking everywhere. All round, Savic Hotel provided the perfect 3 night holiday for two people who work 18 hours a day, needing a complete break. Thank you to all the Savic employees. Oh I almost forgot to mention that we had a Nespresso coffee machine in our room. Being a coffee addict, what more can I say (another item on my list to provide our guests with!).

Room Tip: If you need a twin room, the beds are 3ft wide and very comfy

We loved the hotel. Front desk receptionists couldn't be more helpful; they take time to talk with you and go the extra mile to get you tickets for events if you want them. The breakfast is included and the chef does an excellent job making omelettes. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Excellent location. Very happy with our decision to stay here.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights whilst visiting Prague. Our room was lovely and clean, breakfast could not be faulted and the staff were always happy to help if you needed anything. The location could not have been better, just round the corner from the busy Old Town Square but we had no issues with noise. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.
