Location, food, rooms, staff, design are perfect! Very quiet rooms.
But wifi is very restrictive (not possible to connect via vpn, iOS applications can't synchronize or log in). Shower head was not fixed during all week.

Room Tip: ask friendly staff whatever you need.

From the moment we arrived, we experienced, efficiency, cleanliness, enthusiasm and helpfulness. The rooms were spacious, very well appointed, large comfortable beds, with sparkling modern en-suites. The breakfast was good, with a substantial choice of hot and cold options. The hotel is perfectly situated for access to the main attractions, the hop on, hop off buses, the tram network, and a number of very good local restaurants.

The receptionist (her name is Michaela) was very friendly, she also can speak german. The room was very nice and i like the bathroom so much. It was all very clean and the bed is very big and comfortable. There is a parking place in front of the hotel and the police is looking for the cars. The breakfast was also very good, only the bred in the czech republic don´t taste me.

I slept here one night. Everything was excellent. The very first contact with the receptionist, Mrs Helena, was perfect, I had an impression as "I came home". The room was very clean and spacious and was equipped with everything what needed except one small exception...according to my opinion there was missing small shelf for toilet-sets and belongings. But this was only one thing that I missed here. The breakfast next morning was very generous and again the staff was here also very nice. The second receptionist - unfortunatly I do not remember her name - was also very nice when I paid my bill. I like to come back to this hotel one day.

Rooms are awesome. There's plenty of room to make you feel really comfortable and the price is excellent. The location in my opinion is the best one in the city because you're near enough to go walking everywhere but the hotel is placed in a really quiet square out of the tourist area. Breakfast is excellent as well with a lot of types of breakfast to choose among and the recepcionists are really nice to everyone. Loved this place.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a castle view room. There was a mix up with our booked airport transfers and we had to get ourselves to the hotel. They apologised, and said that we booked too far in advance (April booking for an August stay), and it was missed. Perhaps check with the hotel prior to your stay to make sure they have the details. Our room was large and clean. It faced the castle. The area is very quiet at night so sleeping was not an issue. The air conditioning in the room was not good, and thankfully it was not hot when we were there as I think it would struggle to cool the rooms in hot weather. The breakfast was fine, not a 5 star experience, but more than enough to keep you going. Wifi worked well. The bathroom was nice and modern and had a very good shower. Very easy to explore Prague from the hotel.

Like most reviewers, we found the Three Storks well placed for exploring Prague.

The building was also a nice combination of old and new styles.

We were, however, disappointed by two factors:

Our bedroom faced onto the internal courtyard and had no external windows. No chance of a nice city view therefore.

Far worse, were the breakfasts. We visited during a heatwave but there was no attempt to cool the milk, fruit or yoghurts.

The pre-cooked items looked as if they had been (over)cooked a long time ago and were covered in condensation dripping from their container lids.

The menus, which said you could order some items freshly cooked, were not put out until our 3rd day so we didn't know there was an alternative and not all of the items listed were actually available.

Finally, many of the cups, mugs and glasses were filthy. I don't know if this was due to a temporary problem with the dishwasher but it was pretty offputting.

Whilst the reception staff were helpful. the breakfast staff didn't engage with the guests and disappeared for long periods meaning we had to go to reception when supplies ran out.

What would otherwise have been an enjoyable stay was spoiled by these problems which meant every day got off to a poor start.

Room Tip: Avoid room 16 - the one overlooking the internal courtyard
