Compact hotel in nice location. Bar closes very very early so arriving for a nightcap (it was before midnight) before retiring we was disappointed, however roof terrace very nice for views. Breakfast included in our stay was average.

Biggest disappointment was that desire having booked this break through BA alongside business class flights, with Double rooms, we both received twin rooms. Staff didn't seem to understand the problem, so we gave up.
Also no wifi in the rooms! Only plug in old fashioned thing. To say this is a new ISH hotel, the Internet situation is shocking. If it wasn't for these two issues only it would have been 5 from me overall!

Anyway the staff were polite and friendly and rooms well maintained and cleaned.

This place is rignt in the middle of downtown, in the middle of all the tourist hot spots. We were there for three nights and never needed to take public transport to anthing we wanted to see.
It wasn't noisy at all. It's a 5 minute walk to either of the main squares and the same to the river. There is even a traditional old brewery 200m round the corner.

The rooms were very clean, breakfast was standard for that part of the world. There were no hot drink making facilities in the rooms, but there was a mall litteraly on the other side of the road where you could easily get a coffee, it also includes a Tesco supermarket.

It was priced fairly, not the cheapest in Prauge, but very good value compared to most major cities the world over.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room on the front to get the street view not over the cafe

We stayed there last March! The position of the hotel makes it worth the money. It is situated in the centre of Prague, everything is on walking distance and the quality of service, is more or less what you have paid for. The rooms are small, modern and certaintly NOT ideal in the case of allergies. Carpets on the floor and walls! Breakfast was nice and it is a good money to value choice!

I booked directly with the hotel website and  on the website the prices per stay were only quoted in Euro. I know that Czech republic has its own currency, so why isn't that quoted on the website. When I went to pay account I could only pay Czech currency, and the receptionist insisted that it would go through in Euros and of course it didn't, so now I will receive a fee for currency conversion because I had Euros loaded onto my prepaid travel card.
I chose the hotel because of reasonably good tripadvisor and booking.com reviews, but I was disappointed with my choice.
The room itself was satisfactory, but the outside hallway and room number displays made me feel like I was in prison.
The foyer also was not conducive to sitting there.
We must have been spoilt on our holiday so far, because breakfast was adequate, but not to the standard we have experienced with other hotels that we have stayed with.
The hotel is in a central location, being close to tram and train stops and central to tourist attractions. It is handy to have Tesco over the road.
Overall I wish I had paid extra and booked another hotel.

Room Tip: We booked a castle view room.

Great location in the New Town on Narodnie Street. From here you can walk everywhere - Old Town, Charles Bridge, Lesser Town, Prague Castle, Jewish Quarter. Tram service is also close by. Small hotel, when you get out of the lift you are greeted with dark blue walls and a central staircase. Each floor has 4 rooms to the left and 4 to the right. The rooms are decorated with deep red shaggy carpet and deep red curtains. The beds consist of two singles nesting together with a doona and soft pillows, quite comfy. There is hanging space, enough room to store 2 suitcases (hallelujah!), a bar fridge and a writing desk. Bathroom served its purpose, towels a bit thin and not very big, but they work. Room size adequate. Substantial breakfast on offer. Wi-fi available free in the lobby but at a cost in our room on the 3rd floor so I didn't pay the additional cost. However, when I enquired about the cost of wi-fi on the 2nd day (frustrating having to go to the lobby), I was informed that internet was in fact available in our room via cable (no cost). Overall a functional, clean hotel in a good location.
