The hotel was great, very close to downtown, we walked everywhere.

We loved the room and the bathroom, the bathroom actually had a heated floor.

Breakfast was very good, too.

Great hotel, we will come back.

This hotel was lovely, but not the five stars they claimed it to be.

It was in a very good location, 5 minute walk from Charles Bridge, 20 minute walk from Prague Castle. The room was quite nice, with a big bath.

The hotel had a few issues; slow internet, small fridge that was packed with minibar items that were typically overpriced, no English channels on the tv aside from Sky news, CNN and BBC.
Breakfast had an average selection, which tasted less than average. We were led to believe we had free breakfast for the duration of our stay but were disappointed when we had to pay 8 Euros each after the first night.

We booked a Historical Tour of Prague through the hotel which was crap, it's better to do it all yourself and save the money.

Strongly recommend visiting St Nicholas Church as it was beautiful, and well worth the money. You can also take pictures inside which was a real treat.

+ Nice dinner
+ Friendly reception by Alejandro
+ Big & clean room
+ Location was perfect for sightseeing in The Old Town / New Town - in the center of all monuments in Prague

- Very small parking space (difficult to park and avoid other cars)
- Some of the staff aren't very friendly
- Room was too hot and sometimes noisy (streetnoises)

Bang in the middle of town, within walking distance of most attractions and very modern, comfortable hotel.

Nice eateries and supermarket within 50m distance. Very convenient.

Breakfast spread was good but staff was regularly underprepared for breakfast (items not labelled, toaster not turned on, milk missing, bowl to junk used tea bags and sugar pouches forgotten). However, the staff is quite warm and charming.

Great location and great room (with almost no noise from around, wonderful!), but the bed was really hard (almost as hard as the parquet floor) and it was very difficult to sleep well in it. Apart from this minor problem we would surely return to this hotel and recommend it to other travelers.

Room Tip: Ask if there are rooms with a softer bed.
