The staff were decent and helpful and the rooms and toilets were fine. However the wifi was quite poor in the room, only one bar and often losing it. In the reception it was even worse, often times disappearing for 10 minutes or more. This is important nowadays as everything you want to plan and research is done online.
One other thing would be the distance to the city centre. On a daily basis its too far to walk, so you need to walk 10 mins to a metro stop.More

Great stay in Prague
We stayed in the hotel part of the hostel. We had a private bathroom and room for 3 people. It was clean, quiet and easily accessible by tram. The breakfast was excellent and definitely worth purchasing in advance. The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. We even bought our tram tickets from the front desk. Amazing stay!!!

Great value high quality room which in hindsight I should have spent more nights in.
For the price we paid this is by far the best hostel room I have stayed in when travelling, the breakfast wasn't cheap but is of a decent standard. The room is of a very high standard and the kitchenette was far beyond what was expected of it and due to sectioning off of the room allows for a bit more privacy. Staff were friendly enough too.
Location is a bit removed from the dead centre but is easily accessible by public transport that stops just outside the hostel.

A really pleasant stay!
I really enjoyed my time in The Czech Inn - the rooms were clean, safe and comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for everyone. The staff were very helpful with directions, discounts into venues and help with buying tickets.
The coffee in the reception was also really lovely and a nice place to sit, relax and chat!
The location is nice, it's a lovely area but we did need to get a tram then a metro to get into the city - a 24 hour ticket is definitely worth buying and is the most cost effective way to get around quickly.
There was sometimes a funny smell in the hallways and the bathrooms which would be my only complaint, but other than that, I had a really great time!

Fantastic Hostel-Great Trip
I came here on my solo trip and stayed in the 6 bed apartment style suite room. Each “apartment” has two bedrooms of beds with a shared common area and shower. Very comfy and spacious. The bar is great with happy hour beers going for about $1.50. Made lots of friends there. As most hostels in Prague are, it is about a 30 minute walk from most of the Old Town tourist attractions. However, the tram has a stop right outside the hostel. Ubering anywhere you’d want to go is around $5 or less, depending on the time of day. The only con is the wifi sometimes isn’t great from your bed, but it works fine in the common areas and everywhere else. I fully recommend this hostel!!!

Clean but lacking comfort
I came in a large group and I felt like I had enough space and that my own room was clean. For a hostel, this place is better than many other places. Where this place fell short was with the smell of the common area toilets and even our private one. I could tell they were cleaning because I saw them every day, but the smell was to the point where I had to hold my breath walking past. I will also say that the beds were not entirely comfortable. I could fall asleep, but always felt something poking into my back. It is also unfortunate that there is no air conditioning because when we had to open our windows to try to get air, there was constant construction at all hours outside.
