I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of June. The hotel was in a great location with easy walking distance to everything. We didn't have to take any public transportation during our entire stay which was really nice. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff was helpful. We were even allowed to store our luggage after checking out with the receptionist. There is free WiFi which worked well throughout the hotel. Food in the restaurant was good and you get a discount as a hotel guest.

The rooms were large and ours had a couch and a nicely sized bathroom. The hotel appeared to be recently updated and was affordable. We paid around 100 Euros a night.

I highly recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: Rooms on the courtyard are quieter.

Be extremely careful when you book this hotel - get confirmation and reconfirmation from the hotel on the room rate

After 3 nights I was presented with a bill of over 2,700 Euro!! Yes, 2700 Euros - 899 Euros per night!!! You could stay in one of the tope hotels in the world for this.

As I refused to pay the rate they were asking for the staff were immediately rude and clearly unwilling to negotiate.

We had to call for the Manager who only spoke Czech (in Wenceslas Square - quite unbelievable) and with the help of a Czech friend we managed to impart to him that this rate was grossly over-inflated!

Even though we reached some form of compromise on the final bill, the experience left me feeling robbed and completely exploited!

I would avoid this hotel like the plague!

I stayed on a weekend and the hotel was perfect. It was Clean, good internet WIFI in room, comfortable beds, best location, and room size was good. All the shops are in that square. Also many coffee shops including Costa coffee and Paul. Shopping mall is 10 minutes walking.

Please bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

I booked the Prague Inn after looking through many other options on booking.com. Ultimately, as you see in other reviews, the hotel is modern, chic, well equipped with actually good quality wifi, beds, excellent pillows, flat screen, bathrooms and overall amenities. The staff was superb, always helpful and particularly for my interest, avoiding tourist traps which is most of Prague these days. The bathroom is probably the most basic, less than great shower, shampoo, soap, no lotion - as usual, bring your own is best unless you're 4+ star. Breakfast downstairs was great quality, lots of selection and options. Walking distance to absolutely everything in the tourist areas. And the best part, you could sleep, no clubs nearby or craziness, and very comfy beds and pillows, they actually invested in their linens unlike a lot of other spots in Prague. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

The location of the hotel is excellent, as well as the rooms. We were very pleased the first days until a misfortunate event happened with one of the staff. The hotel offers some tours you can take which they can book for you. We asked if one of them was available for later that afternoon and told them we would book it after lunch. While we were out we decided we wanted to go to a concert instead of the tour, and when we called the hotel to tell them we wouldn't be taking it, they told us they had already booked it and there was no way it could be cancelled.

We went to the hotel to solve the situation and the manager told us "you are on camera" and "we have your credit card numer", saying we had made the booking on the morning and that we HAD to pay the tour's price (which was about 100 euro). I believe these kind of threats are unacceptable from a hotel staff. Instead of trying to solve the problem, she was trying to cover her mistake.

Excellent position at end of Wenceslas Square. Easy walking from main rail station and handy for most of Prague's sights and sounds. Friendly and efficient staff, with good English. Receptionist was ready for us when we arrived. Lovely room, well equipped and furnished. Very extensive breakfast menu. Very clean, not noisy despite its central position. Good value. We would thoroughly recommend it and will try to return.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view. Ours was on the third floor, corner, with views over the square. Fantast...

The location couldn´t be better. Near Old Town. If you want to check out Astronomical Clock, it is just four minutes walk from the hotel. If you want to go shopping, you are right at the spot. If you get to the city by train, the Central Station is quite near. If you need to go back to the station, there is a subway station round the corner. Regarding the hotel by itself, it is very confortable, nice decorated, the staff is both friendly and helpful, very nice hot shower, great breakfast, confortable bed and everything is neat and tidy. That´s the spot in town. I strongly recommend.
