Just returned from Hotel Kampa Gardens and have already recommended staying there to some of our friends who are visiting Prague later this year. Hotel is in ideal location, right next to Charles Bridge, but very quiet. Staff are very courteous, professional, polite and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Hotel very clean and warm, rooms are cleaned daily and our towels were changed daily too. Breakfast is from 7 am till 10 am, normal continental breakfast - cereals, fruit, toast, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, ham, yoghurts and salad!! and as much coffee, juices and tea you can drink. Booked hotel with www.hotels.com and would also recommend them, got 1 night free and also 10% discount. No problems at all with booking. A restaurant you must visit while in Prague is Konirna, (www.konirna.eu) its only a small walk from the hotel and would definitely recommend having a evening meal there. They have a separate no-smoking room, (which is very welcome to a none smoker) Food is of very high quality and specification for a reasonable cheap price. Staff are very professional and helpful.

Because of my Czech father, we never have to stay in hotels in Prague, we always stay in our own apartment there. However, due to a special occasion, I wanted to reserve a special room in a hotel in a special location. Kampa, one of Prague's most precious gems, is always the perfect place and Kampa Garden was the perfect hotel for this occasion. Book through the hotel and the staff will definitely help you out, also in English. Rooms vary in size, so be sure to either book a deluxe room or manage your own expectations. It was an unforgettable experience, as leaving the hotel = walking in the center of the center instantly. Mala Strana/Castle side of the water. Both Charles Bridge and John Lennon wall are 2 minutes away and the hotel is located in a quiet corner, so very peaceful. Will book this hotel again next time and will recommend this hotel to every friend that asks me for a good hotel in Prague. Free wifi, so also good for business. Was online the whole weekend. Breakfast is normal/bit modest in options, but more than enough to make you leave with a full stomach. Spent three nights there, were sad to leave.

The Hotel Kampa Garden is a wonderful choice because it is clean, quiet, the staff will do anything to make your stay pleasant, it is located in the heart of Prague, it is in walking distance to some of the greatest sights, and the list goes on.

I had to make special arrangement with the Hotel Manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. This is really a great hotel that should be chosen over any of the larger hotel's in Prague. I promise you will not get service like this anywhere else for such a fair price.

Nice hotel steps from St Charles bridge on the castle side of the river.
From this location you can walk to all the sites and catch a street car or subway for things further out.
Hotel is clean, 24/7 staff front desk, nice breakfest, room always made up while we were at breakfest. Staff is helpfull.
We got a great rate through xxxxxxx, stay 3 nights, 4th night free (so the average fior 4 nights was $65!

We stayed for three nights in September. The room was basic but spacious but had everything we needed and it was clean. The hotel is in a great location near the Charles Bridge, we were able to walk everywhere and there are lots of cafe's, restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful, including helping with a problem we experienced after having checked out. The breakfast was fine and it's a real plus that the hotel is smokefree. The beds are a bit hard but we walked so much during the day it we hardly noticed.
