We stayed two nights in late May 2016 at this surprising hotel away from crowds. It is an old monastery located on large park land like area. It was a fantastic value for money with a spacious room and the breakfast offering a wide range to make most happy. The hotel staff was friendly and willing to make us, the visitors happy - THANK you.

The hotel is located a short walk to the tram number 22 taking some 15 -20 minutes to get to the city center - the hotel reception sells tram tickets. Another plus was a large Inn outside the hotel and on the same grounds offering traditional Czech dishes and fantastic beer – reservation ahead is recommended as the place is very popular with the visitors and locals alike.

Airport pickup was at 50 euro - will stay there again if we ever return to Prague

Hi.

3 nights stay 24-27 July 2016 in the Adalbert hotel in Prague 6.

on the internet, i found a deal :89 euros for 3 nights for the period mentioned above. bed and breakfast. i didn`t expect much but to my surprise, the hotel was of a good service.

location : think of writing an email to the hotel and they will tell you what to do reach the hotel. anyway, it is at few steps from a tram stop ( 22 ) and the night tram 57.
during the day , there is a tram every 10-15 minutes that takes you to the city center and drops you near the must see of Prague. the tram journey from the station (that is so close to the hotel ) to the city center and Prague`s must see takes 22 minutes.
the Hotel is within a kind of castle/monastery and close to a kind of forest and a lake. calm and safe location indeed!

the Hotel : spacious and clean, you feel you are in an ex castle. wi-fi works well even inside the rooms. there is a computer to use for free in the reception area.

reception : fast check in. all the receptionists are kind and helpful.

breakfast : various and tasty especially the orange jam and the pastries.

room : cleaned daily . bed sheets and bathroom towels were changed daily.

go for it ! I would be back there for my next visit to Prague !

Very nice, though a bit small, apartments with a swiss feeling.
Good restaurant with various food an especially good IPA beer. I love it.
We stayed for two nights and at checkout at 11, we could put our luggage in a closed room while taking a tour in town.

I chose this hotel because of the location... away from the madding crowd. This was a quiet and beautiful place to stay. The cathedral setting inspired peaceful, positive feelings. Center of Prague is a 20 minute ride on modern, clean Tram #22 tickets for which are sold at the hotel desk. On the grounds a few steps away from the hotel is an excellent brewery restaurant (make a reservation in advance or you will not get a table). Breakfast was also very good with a wide variety to suit anyone's taste. If I return to Prague this is the only hotel I would book!

Room tip: Ask for room P-3. For the same price as a regular room this was actually a suite!
