Wonderful accommodations and service. Room was clean and comfortable and offered all the amenities one expects. Hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and courteous. Breakfast was delightful and very good. Location was perfect for a lovely walk to The Charles Bridge and crossing over the river to Old Town. Prague was truly a beautiful experience.

This stay was arranged for us as a special break in Prague. We wanted a City Centre Hotel that was quiet, clean, had good reviews and within walking distance of Prague 'Centre'.

We arrived in the evening, and found the room clean, pleasant and a good size. A third bed was set up which, as a couple, we did not need. The Bathroom is good, decent shower cubicle, and plenty of hanging space. Free WiFi, TV/Satellite, Mini-bar/fridge and safe deposit box are all present. A kettle is also provided, with 2 sachets of tea, a sugar and two tiny cups. Twin beds with duvet and blankets - these were good although a little hard. Staff were pleasant, helpful and spoke some English. Access to the hotel is only via a secured front door which reception opened on hearing the bell. Breakfast was provided and although the same on each day, was sufficient and fresh, with a choice of english (scrambled egg, 'frankfurter' sausage, crispy bacon and salad), french (omelette and salad), or Czech ('pancakes' with jam and cream). Normal continental choice of meats, cheeses, cereals, boiled eggs, fried potatoes, rolls and toast available, with juice, coffee, tea. There is a lift to all floors and disabled access if required is very good. There is a bar by Reception, and a secure, locked, off-street car parking area (extra charge).

However over the next 3 days we began to see some shortcomings of this hotel, Air Conditioning is available at €3 per day; no in-room coffee, sugar available 'only at the beginning of the stay'! Phone calls to UK were Kr35 (about £1.20) per minute, only from the phone in Reception. Only about 3 satellite channels were in English, most of the others were 'scrambled'. On one day the room was not 'serviced' except for clean towels and empty bin - dirty cups and glasses were left. Evening meals in the hotel are provided but very limited choice and must be pre-booked - we found plenty of better options in the local area (within 10 minutes' walk).

On the whole we felt the hotel is certainly worth serious consideration, but would only rate it as 3-star due to the negative aspects mentioned above. Would we come back? Possibly, because it is only about 20 minutes walk to the Old Town, along the Vltava river bank, and was OK for what we wanted.

This hotel is only a 15 minute walk away from the centre where all the main attractions are. There are lots of pubs and bars close by too. The room was comfortable, if a bit dated and had all that you needed. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. There was a wide range of breakfast choices and you could ask for a breakfast to be cooked for you if you wanted something other than cereal, toast etc. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. I would say that this was a very good value place and would stay here again.

The stay in this hotel was really pleasant. We paid a small amount (54 Euro) in the middle of August, which included a nights stay for 2 people, breakfast for 2 and parking of the car in a secure lot!
I was very surprised about the clean room, large bathroom and very polite personnel.

we've got what we've paid for. the hotel is ok, it is very close to the city center and to the most tourist attractions, nice and clean rooms, parking within the hotel yard (but you have to pay for it)

I should not say that because I would like to keep it as a secret but this hotel is very very nice.

I booked a room for my parents and I can say that a couple of things about that:
- Rooms are not very big. However, they are big enought for two persons and the bathroom is more bigger than I expected.
- Customer's service is really nice. They will attend you in english so it is not a problem if you do not know czech.
- You might think that this hotel is far a way of the center but you are wrong. You will be in the river in 2 min and you might also take a tram which will drive you there in 15 min.
- Price is alright. It would be nice if it is less expensive ;)

Hope that it helps!
Ciao!

I booked a triple room at this hotel because it was supposed to be quite close to the Shrine of Infant Jesus in Pargue. I was in contact with the hotel directly by email. Quite helpful in getting the directions from Airport. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that they had a technical problem in providing us a room for three. So the hotel offered us to be moved to another hotel and provided us with free transport. They were very professional in handling the matter.
Hotel looked very promising.
