We took a room with en-suite which gave us free use of gym, spa & sauna, which was great after lots of sightseeing! Staff were a wealth of knowledge & public transport information. Breakfast is plentiful & Restraunt food delicious & well priced. Room was basic but clean, safe car park on site. Didn't mind being a bit out of town. No complaints.

Room Tip: We overlooked the street which was fine except for one night when drunken revellers were a bit noisy...

We stayed at the hotel 4 days on a family trip. The hotel is very pleasant, the restaurant has good food at affordable prices. Rooms are average and clean, breakfast is good, staff friendly. The hotel is in a quiet part of the city just 3 minutes from the tram station and 15 minutes from downtown. Solid quality for a good price.

The hotel isn't so near to the Historical City Centre, but the tram services are cheap and frequent. We also managed to reach the city walking, that wasn't a big deal.
The service is pretty good, the breakfast satisfying.
Recommended for young people with a look at the budget.

We stayed there 3 nights. It's a good value for money. It's far from the city but is well connected with public transportation. Rooms are big and bathroom is average. Breakfast is very good. Plenty of food, and good coffee. Staf is very polite, and healpful.

Staff is helpful and kind, the building is new or recently restored, either way it was clean and luminous.
My single room was spacious and very clean with the exception of the carpet, a bit stained, but hey for less than 67 euro 3 nights including breakfast I couldn't expect more! And buffet breakfast was really rich
I chose the cheapest option with shared bathroom which was shared with only 2 other rooms and fairly clean.
The only drawback of this hotel is that it is indeed a bit far off the centre, although very well connected by tram and metro.
Taking into account the value for money, I definitely recommend it.

A 10-15 minute tram ride to the City, with a change to the Metro if you want to get to the railway station.
Modern, well featured hotel, very spacious rooms, very good breakfast included and well priced dinner available (although smoking was allowed in the restaurant )
Staff very friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities, although reception were happy to boil water for us!
Wifi was patchy.

The extol is a sound budget option for a short stay.

The rooms are reasonably clean, although the bathroom did have a reasonable presence of mould growing in it. It just needed a decent clean out, an would imagine this was an exception.

The area is well serviced by trams and trains, so whilst the hotel is out of the city centre, it's not too difficult to get there.

Morning breakfasts are also very good.
