wow is the word for this place. we were picked up from the train station (650 kc)when we arrived and dropped off to airport (950kc) when we were leaving. these were arranged by the hotel. registration is the best. they let you sit anywhere you like inside the hotel, they offer drinks of your choice, and you just give them your passports. that's it! the previous reviews are correct. this place is amazing. we had junior suite and it's very spacious with breakfast included. amenities are great. free mineral water everyday. the bathroom amenities are by salvatore ferragamo, as well as in the spa. turn down service with chocolates made by their own chef. free wine and cheese tasting everyday from 5-6pm. we had couple massage, deep tissue massage and it was very good (1250 kc/person). they have steam and dry sauna. i love their spa as well. it's very safe area where the US embassy is beside it. security people all around but not intimidating. location at it's best. charles bridge is 5 mins. walk and surrounded by restaurants. if i can fault this place, i would say that they offer "breakfast in the box" for us to bring to airport (we're asked twice by different personnel), and we told them we would love that idea. they even asked what kind of coffee we like. day of departure, no coffee nor box. we asked, and one of the staff said, " oh you like one?" and was told they have to make it including the coffee. well, since it wasn't ready and we had to go to airport, we just have to decline. they should not be offering something they can not deliver. if they didn't mention, we wouldn't know. other than that, it was a perfect getaway!

the hotel is situated in a very quiet part of an otherwise pretty busy city. the building is an old palazzo refurbished with old looking but new furniture - this is one of the few things that bothered me a little , authentic old furniture would be better.
the staff is very courteous and friendly and at the same time professional enough for a 5 star hotel. the room we had was very quiet , not the biggest but it did not lack anything.
breakfast is good, not exceptional but what they have is good quality.
the hotel gives you a friendly and familiar feeling , we spent 4 wonderfully relaxing days there!

Fantastic hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect. Food, service, room, amenities, every detail was first class. To stay here too often would spoil the whole experience. Close by, yet far enough away from the Charles Bridge.

We organised their collection service from the airport which was a luxurious Merc with complimentary bottles of water. Driver could have been a little more attentive but this was overshadowed by the beauty of the hotel and the fantastic reception. I had informed them it was my wife's birthday and was met with a bottle of chilled sparkling wine in our beautiful room. We were blown away by this intimate, professional hotel perfectly situated about a quarter of a mile from Charles Bridge, close but not in the thick of tourists. Sauna and swim after Site seeing followed by complimentary cheese and wine in their lounge just topped the weekend for us. Decor may not be to everyone's taste but go just for the location and luxury!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Spa was fun, wine tasting every day at 5 nice touch. Great location to see Prague. We walked everywhere! Restaurant was quite nice (and a bit pricey) breakfast was delicious and included. The premises' coffee house had nice sandwiches (and sweets!)on days we missed lunch but wanted a little something at 3 pm.

I very much love this place, it's just perfect - everything about it is perfect only a bit far from town center. I felt like a princess for a day, the room was stunning. I think it is one of the most amazing places in whole Europe.
