This is a tiny museum, located on the bank of the river on Kampa island.
The museum features some modern art exhibits, but the exhibits outside the museum (the deformed babies statues and the penguins in particular) are far more interesting than the exhibits within the museum.
So basically, you can skip the actual museum and enjoy just the outdoor exhibits.
