Yes, the carpets are stained and it is 15 minutes by tram to the city centre, but this hotel was extremely cheap (we paid just over 100 EURO for four nights for twin beds), the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, the sheets were clean, the bed was comfy, the breakfast was generous, traditional and interesting. This is budget accommodation and we were very happy. I would recommend the hotel to those on a tight budget.
