We stayed for 3 nights in the 2 bedroom 2 bath London suite, and we loved it. The bedrooms were nice, and we all liked the living room and especially the terrace (sat up there each night with a glass of wine and enjoyed the view!) It was on a nice quiet street, and the Cafe Ebel downstairs was great for a snack and tea latte. Hana at the front desk was very helpful with dinner reservations, and especially when I needed her help when I left my cell phone in a taxi. Can easily recommend.

Room Tip: with all the windows open, there were great cross-breezes, so we only put the Air conditioning on in...

I haven't actually had the pleasure to stay here yet but will in October. I have sent numerous emails with my many questions and each and every one was answered immediately. The staff has gone above and beyond to help me with the little details that I found confusing (mostly transportation issues). If the hotel is 1/2 as good as their staff than I know my stay will be wonderful!

A great little place that came highly recommended on TripAdvisor. I agree with the many positive assessments. We booked in advance and prepaid which gave us a great savings. We had the Madrid Room (Junior Suite) with large bedroom, comfortable double bed, high beamed ceilings, small (but fully equipped) kitchen, and very nice (but small) bathroom. Desk help were all friendly and helpful but some had relatively limited English. This hotel has only 9 rooms, so very small overall. No lobby to speak of. Did not check out the "exercise room." Location was great - 5 minutes walk to Old Town Square, 10 minutes walk to Charles Bridge and also to Jewish area. Wenceslas Square is about 10-15 minutes walk. Shops, restaurants, cafes, music, all very close by foot. Despite location being so convenient, the street is actually not a through street, so very quiet at night. We spent 4 days here and did not use a taxi even once. Highly recommend, but NOT luxury. Just very comfortable and affordable and well-located. Oh yes, and free wi-fi that was very fast even with multiple devices connected.

Room Tip: We felt very comfortable in the Madrid Room for 2 people.

Myself and two friends stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and overall really enjoyed it.
The best feature was definitely the hotel's fabulous location which meant that you were within walking distance from everything in the city and it also felt very safe in and around the hotel.

Personally I also enjoyed the self-catered room. We stayed in room Singapore and it was very small but quirky. The facilities were basic and shower was weak but overall it was very nice. My friends were less impressed, especially as the stairs (aka ladder) were really very steep and made them nervous when going up and down (just something to bear in mind if you aren't too keen on steep ladders/ stairs).

Cleaner came in every two days and the place was kept nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and approachable. There was a separate wifi router in every room so the wifi was great!

Overall it was good but not amazing.

We stayed in the top floor "London" apartment with a terrific common area and a really quaint rooftop patio with a lovely view. The apartment was roomy , very warm (ambiance, not climate). It is such a short walk to the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Hall Square and all the terrific restaurants in Old Town, but the residence is nestled on a smaller side street giving you a respite from the crowds. The staff was especially friendly and very helpful. You should be aware - as another reviewer noted, the interior windows open up on a courtyard where there is a restaurant. At night, the sound of dishes being cleared and stacked is quite loud, but it as simple enough to close the windows. The apartment is Air Conditioned, but we mostly left the windows opened and a lovely breezed cooled quite nicely.

The location of this hotel is very central in the old town. It is very close to the Charles Bridge and within easy walking distance to everywhere in the old city. Prague really impressed us with its beauty. It is a great city to see beautiful architecture, eat at lively sidewalk cafes, drink the best pilsner beer in the world, enjoy strolling through old twisting streets that open in huge squares swarming with people, and listen to classical concert music in the evening.
Our room on arrival was room 7 upstairs - too small and the bedroom was a hike up a steep ladder. We requested a new room and were transferred the next day to a larger room. The staff was very nice and very helpful. We took breakfast at the café next door to the hotel. We would stay here again, but would request a larger room with windows facing the court yard or street.
If you are going to Europe I highly recommend visiting Prague - one of the prettiest cities in Europe.

Room Tip: Request a large room with windows to the courtyard or street.

This turned out to be a great place to stay in old town Prague. Plenty of room for a family of four with a bedroom, a loft and two bathrooms. The central location was great, we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go down cobblestone streets. Plenty of places nearby to eat, and a grocery store a short walk away. Hana was incredibly helpful in getting us checked in, making us feel at home, and giving us lots of information on the area, where to go and what to see. I highly recommend this place as a great way to experience Prague.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Paris room.
