Owner description: Old Prague Music folklore Show, Traditional Dark Beer Show U Fleku, a masterpiece of Old Czech Music Folklore, consists of a sequence of well-known old Prague and international songs and tracks, two humorous skits and beer competition. All that performed by three brilliant singers and four excellent musicians. And of course there is the traditional dark beer from one of the oldest breweries in Central Europe, where the drink has been boiled continuously for more than 500 years.

If you are in Prague, you must go to restaurant U Fleku, so did I and my girlfriend. I am a beer lover and this brewery is one of the oldest ones in Europe. We went there on Friday and we discovered the musical cabaret. It is directly in one hall of the brewery – the staff told us, the cabaret has a long history there. We took the option with a three course dinner – I ordered Gulasch and my girlfriend Swickova, both meals were really good and the portions were big. The beer is really great, it is Guiness like, dark and strong beer. The dinner and show is non-smoking, not very usual in Prague...
The show Kabaret, Kabaret was really well done, fresh, funny and a lot of nice music. The main female singer was just great, such a big voice and expression... Actually we expected something like retro cabaret from old Prague, but it was much more musical theater.
So if you go to U Fleku, this is a good way how to enjoy this place!

With a bunch of friends from Berlin we went to spend couple of days in Prague, to enjoy a few days off. Cabaret u Fleku was recommended to us by our hotel. We chose the option with dinner, which consists of a 3-course meal and a beer. On the spot, it is possible to choose from several main typical Czech meals. The meal portions are big, and I've tasted the traditional Czech dumplings with sauce and meat. The hall is non-smoking, which is an advantage over the rest of the restaurants (as I read in other reviews). After dinner, cabaret show followed, which I think was done in a very funny way, understandable for all nationalities, I believe. In the hall I noticed quite many Czechs. To sum up, if you want to really get to know Prague, definitely go for this cabaret.

Me and my friends visited Prague for the very first time. And it was just a beautiful journey; it’s a really cool city. We visited a lot of beer bars and restaurants and at the end of our visit; we wanted to see something really special. There is quite a big offer of classical concerts, but it is not so much our cup of tea. Luckily we went to the famous restaurant U Fleku and there we discovered the Cabaret. On the flyers it looked quite nice, so we decided to go there the next day.
I am from Vienna and I have never been in Cabaret, so I did not know what exactly to expect. I have to say, the show was really funny and made more like a musical. There was couple of really great singers and really funny Cabaret guy. The show was mainly about music, with easy story. And even one German song! There were quite a lot of domestic visitors too. I would say 50 percent.
The beer we had already last day and it is dark and quite strong beer; quite different from anything what we drunk in Prague. The beer is about 50 cent more than usual price in this location, but it is something unique and it is still just ca. 2, 40 euro for a glass.
