“B-day lunch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 16, 2014

I was told by my friend about a new awesome restaurant, so we decided to go here to celebrate his birthday and it was really pleasure time to spend a lunch time here.

Waitress was polite and cute, food was delicious, especially desert!

In any way prices are very reasonable here. Totally worth it! :)

“Tasteful and smart food, nice staff, great wine menu”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 10, 2014

I have been to this restaurant a number of times during my travels to Prague and was always pleasantly surprised. It is a cosy modern place. They provide modern Czech / European cuisine, presented in a smart way, for a fair price. Staff is helpful and the owner is giving great tips for wine to accompany food from his long wine list. Regularly they also organize wine tasting dinners with top wine makers.

“Sensational”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 9, 2014

We went to this restaurant upon recommendation of our friend who lives in Prague. This restaurant is away from the tourist buzz. This was definitely a plus for us. We were comfortably seated in a stylish corner and well served. I didn't expect that they would have seasonal delicious Britanny oysters on the menu. Next was the fried foie gras starter and at that point the Blue Wagon was already well exceeding my expectations. We ended this lovely night with some good recommendations for Czech wine, versatile amuse bouches and amazingly good value gastro food. I would recommend the place to anyone that want to make their evening in Prague a very special one.

“Really lovely place - thoroughly recommend”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2014

We went to this lovely place this evening based on other reviews. I would certainly go back. The place was quite - only 4 other tables in there and we had very attentive service. The menu isn't extensive and quite meat heavy but the food was delicious. I ordered the wild boar and my Mother had the duck- both really tasty. We also got some tasters for free whilst waiting for our mains. We had the raspberry mousse for dessert and were given free dessert wine samplers. All exceptional. The waiter recommended our Czech wines, a champagne and a Pinot Noir equivalent. It felt like a really special meal and the best part was the bill - only £30.

“Wonderful food, polite staff”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 27, 2013

The food at this restaurant was beautiful. I had a ox tail consumme to start, duck breast in raspberry sauce for main & Millefeuille for dessert, along with some recommended Czech wine. The whole meal was stunning, and not expensive. We also had a wonderful amuse bouche during our meal. Staff were friendly, experienced & helpful when making our choices. It was nice to spend a long, lazy evening somewhere and not feel rushed.
