Description: Open since August 2012, the second restaurant of Las Adelitas is located in the "small square" (Male namesti) in the Old Town district of Prague (Stare Mesto).Designed with carefully selected elements of Mexican architecture and motifs, the interior emulates the style of an "Hacienda" with live colors and curated imagery on the walls that complement the trademark table surfaces which represent the restaurant since its beginnings. “Great hangover food”
Reviewed January 1, 2014 via mobile

Went here January 1st to get some food for our hangovers. Had nachos and soft tacos. Both meals were delicious and just what we needed. Not that cheap compared to our other meals in Prague, but still pretty cheap!

“Tremendous Tacos, Tortillas & Tequila & Top Notch Host!!!!”
Reviewed January 1, 2014

This is a must if you love Mexican food! The best we had ever tasted, Let David make the recommendations and you will not be disappointed. The food was 1st Class. We had a selection of starters, which included Black Beans, Tortillas, Red Salsa, Ceviche De Salmon, everything was absolutely wonderful and so fresh.
The mains were again a selection which included, pork, chicken & beef dishes, crispy corn tortillas. Very homely, cosy atmosphere and the staff are just wonderful, friendly and warm, just like a family. Too full to try the desserts but finished off with a wonderful aged Tequila, once again recommended by David. Never tried the cocktails but hey! The barman certainly knows how to shake them!!! They looked delicious!! He made a great Gin and freshly squeezed orange juice too!!
This is a must if you are visiting Prague!!!
David - Thanks for a wonderful evening, food was out of this world. Will see you all next year.

“Great food, great service!”
Reviewed December 29, 2013 via mobile

My family and I had a late lunch here on 12/26. We are Americans living in the UK so we search for a good Mexican restaurant where ever we travel. From the speed of the service (which we mostly find lacking in England) to the tastiness of the food everything was spot on. I doubt we will return to Prague as we are only here for three years and have other European cities on our bucket list but I would highly recommend! I found the portions large and the prices very reasonable.

“Most amazing Mexican food!”
Reviewed December 28, 2013

As an American living in Europe, I'm always on the hunt for a good Mexican restaurant. Las Adelitas is by far the best Mexican restaurant I have been to in three years of living in Europe. The food is fresh which is evident when you first walk into the restaurant. I must admit I was kind of skeptical because when you walk down the stairs it looks very suspect. However, when you make it to the bottom of the steps you walk into the cutest Mexican oasis that for a moment causes you forget you are in Prague. The chicken flautas were fantastic! The tacos were amazing. You can't leave Prague without trying this place.

“Friendly Mexican restaurant”
Reviewed December 19, 2013

We turned up at their restaurant on Amerika without a reservation on a Tuesday night in November and were surprised and pleased to see the restaurant very busy, all with local people. We only got a table as someone else had booked a table and not turned up.

The staff spoke English and gave us English menus which included all the staples you would expect in a Mexican restaurant; enchiladas, burritos, tacos, etc.. They served local and Mexican beers, and had a respectable wine list with some excellent Chilean wines we've enjoyed in the UK, though these were expensive by local standards.

We enjoyed a delicious chicken soup, home made tortillas and guacamole for starters, enchiladas and tacos for our main courses. These were washed down with Pilsner Urquell and rounded off with coffees. The food was delicious, it was presented a bit differently from Mexican food in the UK and was a bit lighter.

We visited a second time a week later and were greeted like old friends
