I wished a tandem parachute flight for my Birthday, and because it's the cheapest, we decided to drive 4 hours from Germany to Most. And I never regretted it!! Everything was organized very good and professional! I always felt very safe. I also bought extra Photos and Video for 88€. Expensive, but it's worth.

Guys, a tandem jump is sooo cool!!! The best experience in my life!!!
Feelings are absolutely crazy, eben you jump!
I can recommend it to EVERYONE!!

My cousin and myself had booked tandem skydiving on 13 August 2018. But it got cancelled due to technical reasons and we were rescheduled for 12 August. We had been informed the entire experience will take 4-5 hours. We arrived at the meeting point. We were driven to the location and had to wait for 2-3 hours for our turn. Since that particular day they were overbooked due to cancellations. Which was fine. The experience was fine. Nothing special. But we had paid for photographs and videos. We were promised by the representative that we will receive our videos & photos in about 2-3 days maximum. After 4 days I wrote an email & followed up with a phone call to ask about the pictures. A staff named Ms. Julie informed us that they are facing technical issues and we shall receive our pictures within 48 hours. We were patient (and also excited to check the pictures) After 3 days I again had to follow up with phone calls and emails. The manager Mr. Adam told us since they are facing technical issues and already there had been a delay. We would be refunded the amount for the videos. He then asked me to send my bank details. He also promised we would still receive the pictures. So I sent them my bank details and then never bothered to follow up. My cousin and me were the least interested in the pictures. However after about a week we finally received our videos and pictures. But most of them were very inconsistent. My folder contained only 15 pictures and a video. Whereas my cousin's folder contained more than 70 pictures and the video. We were not bothered as we were anyway not interested. Also we would be getting the refund. But after about 3 weeks when I did not receive the refund I again followed up with them. Now another person Mr. Martin said we have to wait as the CEO decides on the refunds. I informed him that we were promised for the refund on email and on the phone. But he bluntly denied to take action. We are still waiting for the promised refund. I would say they are very unprofessional with their service. Especially in delivering the media! We feel cheated. I would not recommend this service to anyone! Stay clear!!!
