This hotel is awesome. Susana and Robert at the front desk were extremely helpful. It was our base for Prague and getting to the city center was so easy since it is a 5 min. walk to the Andel Station. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were very comfortable.

We stayed here for three nights over New Year's Eve. The hotel is clean and very comfortable and free wifi is included. The beds are great. We opted not to have the hotel's breakfast and instead ate at cafes (can highly recommend Cafe Savoy). The location is a bit away from the centre, but the hotel is just a few minutes from the metro and tram stop which will easily take you to all the popular sites. The tram system is surprisingly easy to take, runs frequently and takes you to many more places than just the metro. Free city maps are provided at reception.

The biggest thing that annoyed us about this hotel was the temperature - during winter it is completely overheated. The first night we slept with the heating off but still slept on top of our covers because it was so hot. On the second and third nights the only way we could fall asleep was to keep the window open, even though it was -4 C outside. It is a colossal waste of energy to be heating the building to such an extent that we had to open the windows in order to regulate the temperature.

I was surprised by this nice hotel. Quite new, nice and clean rooms with gently design. Good breakfast. Location not so far from the center, you can use the public traffic (Subway B). I can highly recommend!

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a visit to Prague. The hotel is a short stroll from the metro and tram station which gets you into the hustle and bustle in no time, the public transport is so cheap you don't mind the journey time. The area around the hotel is alright with a large shopping centre close by, there's also a great little pub/restaurant a few streets up from the hotel which is worth a visit (Pilsner Urquell Original Restaurant Tradice).
The rooms in the hotel were spotless and cleaned every day, the decor in the room is pretty basic but how often are you in the room during a city break?
The breakfast was fine and set us up for the day - sausage, egg, bacon etc are provided along with a continental option.
I would definitely return to this hotel if I travel to Prague again.

If you are looking for somewhere to eat in Prague I would recommend George Prime Steak, it's quite expensive but totally worth the money.

Room Tip: Check at reception if your room has a double bed, we had two singles pushed together at first as we...

It was a really nice hotel, it has good breakfast even though after a while it ended up more of the same (they don't change the menu a lot). It has a small gym with everything needed and it's close to the subway, close to a mall, and some shops.. And the staff was very nice and helpfull.. specially one girl called Adelia Llopis.. She taught us all the tricks: like how to use the subway and the streetcar and also which ticket should we buy, where to go, how to go, directions, everything!!!..

What wasn't that good was the room cleanliness (the floor below the beds was dirty so don't put your bags there before checking and asking them to clean it).

I have stayed in the hotel a several times. It is a bit far from the Prague airport, but close to business area of Prague 5. Hotel is very busy and I always need to make a reservation a bit earlier, otherwise it used to happened that they are fully booked!

Rooms are very nice & comfortable & always kept clean. On arrival they give a voucher for a soft drink to spend in the lobby bar.

The issue is a crowd in the restaurant and at the reception - you have to stand in the queue to check in or check out.
Still I like this place and usually stay there during my travels to Prague.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel in Prague last Easter and our stay was lovely. The staff was very helpful, especially Pawel at the reception. The room was clean, quiet and of decent size. The hotel is located a bit outside the center of the city but at walking distance from a metro station that takes you in 10 minutes to the historical heart of Prague.

Definitely a hotel to recommend!
